About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, which has driven me to dedicate my time to caring for them. Over the past five years, I have been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, handling a variety of breeds and temperaments. My experience ranges from walking high-energy puppies to providing gentle care for senior dogs. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I schedule morning and evening walks to ensure pets get consistent exercise and attention. Weekends are also flexible for additional walks or runs. I prioritize safety by using secure leashes and harnesses, avoiding busy roads, and monitoring pets closely. In clients’ homes, I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment, ensuring all pets feel comfortable and cared for.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, and have always helped to be their caretaker. In addition, I’ve pet sat / walked for neighbors and friends over the years. I love dogs, whether it be taking them on long walks, playing in the yard, or just relaxing with a good tummy rub! I just graduated from the College of Charleston, and I will be home for a majority of the summer. I am looking for a part time job as well currently. In my home, we have two dogs: 12 year old lab and an 8 month old puppy. We have a fenced yard and we use a crate for the pup. I’m adaptable to any environmental and will follow the guidelines set for your own home. I’m also comfortable staying over if that is needed.

About: Hi, I’m Stephanie — your go-to for loving, reliable, all-species pet care in Summit, NJ! 🐾 I’ve cared for everything from high-energy pups to chill cats, bunnies, and hamsters. I’ve even looked after 20 pets at once (yes, really!) and loved every second. Whether you’re going away or just need a little help during the day, I’m here to keep your pets safe, happy, and loved like family. I love caring for all types of pets — not just cats and dogs, but bunnies, hamsters, and everything in between! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because it brings me joy. I give every animal my full attention and make sure they feel safe, healthy, and loved. I live with my husband, our 10-year-old daughter, two friendly pups, and two sweet cats — our home is full of love (and fur)! As a family, we’ve cared for a wide range of pets over the years, including rabbits, hamsters, and more. We know how to adapt to each pet’s unique needs and make sure they feel right at home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 and love being around animals in general. I get a lot of energy from caring for pets and truly enjoy being in their presence I work full time during the week but am available most weekends and evenings during weekdays! I can also be flexible based on the days I work from home I am very good at observing dogs behavior and tailoring their routines based off of their needs. I truly enjoy getting to know each dogs unique personality and observing their quirks

“Linda was outstanding. Came exactly at the requested walk times, quickly picked up on Teddy's walk habits and observed several chronic conditions for which Teddy is already receiving care from our vet. A total joy to work with.”

About: I have a dog of my own that I got in late 2020. He was a rescue so he started out very shy and distrustful, now Frosty is bursting with energy and has fully come out of his shell. I have also pet sat for my grandmother’s dog and friend’s dogs in recent years. An animal’s wellbeing is my highest priority when they are in my care. I take them out every couple hours if they are antsy and am happy to play, cuddle, and give them my attention. Ultimately, I just love to see tails wagging :) My current full time job is front desk at the Madison Hotel. I would need to give two weeks notice to get time off for long periods of pet care. I can fit shorter visits into my existing schedule most days, I work a variety of shifts, but most frequently 7am-3pm, so my afternoons and evenings are usually very open. While my dog Frosty is very gentle with humans, he is not friendly towards other dogs, so I am unable to host animals in my own home. I can take out your pets for frequent walks or keep them entertained inside, whichever you prefer. My only caveat is that I am asthmatic so I have trouble keeping up with a dog that requires a lot of running or walks around a hilly neighborhood.

About: My partner and I have been dog sitting for five years. Prior to that, we both grew up with family dogs and are very familiar and comfortable with a wide variety of dogs and breeds. We are incredibly enthusiastic, loving, and kind towards all animals. A stay with us if fun for your pet and for us! We love going on walks, and we live in a very dog-friendly apartment complex/neighborhood. We hope you’ll have your furry friend come stay with us! I am dog-sitting full time and my wife, Kayla, works remotely from home most days. Together we give your dogs the utmost care and attention. Attentiveness is the most important thing for us when with pets. In our home, we make sure that we can see the dog playing at all times. We put items away that are not dog-friendly, and we clear out space for playing and downtime. On walks, we are always attentive to the dog and how they behave and interact with other people, dogs and other animals in the neighborhood. A stay with us is always fun for the dog, but we like to make sure that your pet is safe and cared for. We also value communication. You putting your pet in our care while you are away, and we understand the trust that it takes to leave a member of your family with us. We give as many updates as you’d like via messenger and numerous photos or videos throughout the day. We are always reachable and willing to let you know how your dog’s stay is going. I’m currently working remotely. I tutor part-time from home, but I’m almost always home and I make pet sitting a priority. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I am very reliable and used to being responsible for others’ loved ones. I live in a very safe apartment complex. The buildings look like town homes, it is away from the main roads, and the complex Is pet friendly with lots of grass areas for your little guy or girl to do their business. It’s a wonderful welcoming community. I have my own entrance to my apartment and all the dogs in the community are wonderful.

About: Ever since I was little, I have grown up with pets in my house. I have learned how to take care of smaller to bigger dogs and puppies to older dogs. I never passed up an opportunity to be able to care for people’s animals! I just graduated from college and am in the in-between time while I search for a full time job. I have plenty of time to give as much pet care as you need! I will always listen to the clients wishes, I am here to give as much support as needed! I love my pets, so I would want the best care if I were in your shoes.

“I guess you could say this is biased since I’m Patrick’s mom but I couldn’t recommend a more responsible, kind, and thoughtful person. He takes his work very seriously and his love for dogs is abundant! We have always had a dog/s in our home and of all my children, Patrick has been the one that takes on the role of caregiver. Over the years, he has helped friends, neighbors and family members with pet sitting. He has also baby sat, worked as a camp counselor and this fall, is off to nursing school. Care taker is in his blood! He has his own car which is a plus as well. Give him a call, you’ll be glad you did and so will your furry friend!”

I know I can trust her to do the job right.”

Vanessa W.
“I can’t say enough great things about Vanessa! From the very beginning, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly communicative, (which I like). It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about animals. She’s very knowledgeable, not just in providing basic pet care, but in truly understanding their behavior and needs. My dachshund, Sadie, does not like many people so I was worried but Vanessa took her time and got Sadie to trust her. She treated her with so much love and respect. I felt completely at ease knowing my Sadie was in such good hands while I was away. I have even received pictures and updates throughout the day. I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and truly passionate about animals! She’s the best!”
