About: I grew up with a collie as a kid and lived with a lab for for a few years as well. For years my friends have relied on me to watch their pups while they’re out of town. These days I am a proud pandemic foster fail dog mom to Marty. I have volunteered with Best Friends for years, doing weekend fostering as well as some work at their Mission Hills location. I understand how to teach the basic commands so if you’re in the process of teaching your pup anything, I’m happy to keep the process moving forward during the day. I’m work from home so I’ll have plenty of time to play and walk your pup. I typically walk my pup when I wake up between 7-8a, between 12-1, 5-6p and then a quick out before bed around 10p. Our neighborhood is super dog friendly and our walks are quiet and pleasant. One of those walks is typically at least a mile. Sometimes we will go to the Laurel Canyon or Sepulveda Basin dog park. Please let me know if you have any preferences regarding dog parks and travel to and from. I have a 7 year old chihuahua mix who loves a good playmate! Hopefully by the end of the day, we’ll both have tired pups! I also have a small (unused) crate if you’d like me to use that per your instructions. I allow dogs on my furniture but not in my bed to sleep. I am used to walking my dog 3 times per day and also able to take dogs outside for quick pees anytime. I am a homebody but I may go out for errands or a meal 1-2x per week. Dogs get the full run of the apartment but I have a crate and gates if your dog needs to be kept separate for any reason.

“Ophelia has watched our two labradoodles, Cash and June several times. And one of those times was for a longer period of time (a couple of weeks.) It was a big job because June, our female dog, is very high maintenance and has some behavioral problems and issues with fear and aggression with strangers and dogs. She handled them like a champ. Ophelia was absolutely amazing. She was very organized, scheduled and made both of our dogs feel very secure through her routines. I could always feel like she listened to all the little details that would help our dogs as well as herself through the difficult time away. Our dogs are very attached. We were so pleased when we came back from our trips to find our dogs happy and in good mental health. It almost seemed like they enjoyed their vacation away from us! As I sit here writing this review, my baby Luna is very closely and calmly watching Bluey, based entirely off a recommendation from Tyler and her mom. Needless to say, we had an amazing experience with Tyler and her mom. Luna is me and my partner’s first puppy so we are, of course, very protective of her. From the first phone call with Tyler, we were immediately comforted by the obvious care and compassion that Tyler has for each puppy she comes to care for. It is clear that she has extensive experience and knowledge with all types/ages of dogs. We received pictures and updates throughout the day and it was extremely clear that Luna was very calm and comfortable. What impressed me even more is the fact that although Luna is a 5 month old puppy with endless puppy energy, she seemed calmer with Tyler than I’ve yet been able to achieve with her! At the end of the day, we got Luna back with the cutest bows and it was clear from her calm, content demeanor that she had been well cared for and taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care for their fur babies. Luna cannot wait for her next stay with Tyler!

After searching high & low for the right fit my for little Josie, I can easily say -We found our Sitter!
