About: Having been a dog lover since childhood, I’ve always had dog sitting gigs for a side hustle. I also managed a professional boarding kennel for 5 years where I learned to care for pets of all sizes, personalities and needs. The great outdoors are my life, and I have grown into a passion hunting dogs, and have spent the last 4 years training my Labrador retriever. I have two dogs of my own, West, my four year old trusty hunting black Labrador, and Tilly a nine year old German Shepherd mix. I’m mostly available on weekends (Friday-Sunday), but depending on your dog’s daily needs, I can be flexible. I live in Oak Creek, but work in Steamboat Springs at a very dog friendly environment. I ensure your pet gets the basic care they need, plus extra love, photos, and time outside. I am flexible on whether you want me to stay in your home, or in mine, again depending on the specific pet’s needs and location.

When I picked Bowie up I could tell he received a good amount of exercise, but wasn’t overstimulated or anxious. About: I have had dogs all my life. Right now I have a golden retriever back home in Wisconsin and I'm missing my dog time! I love going on runs and going hiking, so if that's what your dog needs I am here for them! I am a recent graduate from CU-boulder who is job searching so I currently have some time on my hands-would love to meet you and your dogs. I understand that dogs need attention and need walks and physical activity to be happy. I am willing to dog/ house sit whenever you need as long as it is a reasonable distance from where I live. I also play a lot of sports if your dog is anything like my dog I would love to play soccer and basketball with them!

About: Lots of experience with dogs in particular. Always enjoy time with them and I think they enjoy time with me. And our 2 girls are very welcoming and eager to have new friends visit. I work from home so having another mouth or 2 around to feed and a friend or 2 more to play with is never an issue. Yard is not fenced but pets will never be left outside unattended. However, I have a large deck that is fully enclosed so weather permitting the pets are free to enjoy the outside as they wish.
