About: I’ve had dogs ever since I can remember in my family and recently got my very own Golden Ausiedoodle who just turned 1 year old! I have a dog of my own so pet care is part of my daily lifestyle, From playing fetch in the yard to taking my girl for walks on the beach! I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly and well trained 1 year old golden Ausiedoodle to keep your dog very thoroughly entertained!

About: I grew up with 2 amazing black labs that i helped feed, bathe and sometimes groomed. I used to walk dogs with my cousin around various neighborhoods and made sure they had everything they needed before i left. I’m available every day before 9am and after 3pm as well as all day on Mondays and Tuesdays. I am more than happy to try to accommodate most schedules. I can take them on as many walks as needed or to a park, if that’s okay with the owner and there is a very sweet cat that lives here. I will be sure to play with and take great care of your pets.

About: I have experience with small mammals, cats and dogs. I have administered medications to both cats and dogs. I have worked with elderly dogs needing extra care. I currently work from home so my schedule is very flexible. I can do drop-ins any time of the day. I can even work from your home if it makes it easier! We currently have 2 middle aged dogs. They are dog friendly and pretty big couch potatoes. They do not use a crate but I can accommodate a crate if that is what your dog needs.

About: * Been taking care of friend's loved one for decades * Ample, daily play-time is provided * Live near Rita Valentine so short or long hikes very accessible * My rules are your rules - whatever is needed to make things seamless for you and your pet so they are comfortable while you are away * I work from home and have a very flexible schedule * I'm able to walk dogs very regularly on whatever schedule they normally have * I live up the street from Yampa Core Trail and right by Rita Valentine so ample options to get them out and exercising * 15-45 minutes hikes are very easy to accommodate * My husband is retired so he is also home. He is a SUCKER for an offered belly so often his choosing to work out or doing any work around the house is ignored in favor of rubbing bellies! * I'm in a very quiet and dog-friendly neighborhood. * I have a nice side-yard but it is not fenced in. Dogs are never let out on their own. * Dogs are allowed on furniture and to sleep in bed - I try to follow whatever is the "norm" for them * I have no problem taking dogs in my car to run errands (if they have separation issues) or to have variety at Spring Creek or other nearby walking areas. * For the senior loved ones: there is an enclosed flight of stairs to get into the house. Carrying pups up stairs is NOT an issue - I had an injured gal who was limping and I just picked her up to make it easier. (50-ish lbs)

About: I’ve always loved watching dogs no matter the kind. I always dog sit for coworkers and friends. I love taking the dogs for long walks and hikes! I throughly enjoy spending them with your pups! I currently work full time Monday-Friday but have a dog friendly office and a flexible work schedule as far as leaving to let the dog out if needed. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and a dog park right down the street. I love taking the dogs to the park and playing catch or whatever they prefer!

About: I've watched, walked, and groomed dog for a couple of years nope. I've got a pup of my own and have had such great experiences with Rover. Want to be able to give back to those who have helped me and my pup out as well! I can walk/watch most afternoons and evenings. My work schedule is very flexible and will be able to walk through lunch as well as at night. I am free all day on Fridays and Saturdays. I'm am very active and will be willing to take your dog on longer walks/runs. I am very attentive to dog behavior and very communicative if there is anything that needs to be touched on. I am available to do wellness checks as well as overnight sitting.

About: Since I’m unable to have a pet of my own, pet sitting is something I truly enjoy! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I am very familiar with animal husbandry, as I grew up caring for livestock along with our family animals too. I currently work a very flexible schedule, especially in the summer time. I can take multiple breaks in my day to best accommodate your pets needs I am unable to offer pet sitting in my home at this time. I always treat your home as I would mine, and leave it better than I found it.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats always in the house, and I have experience caring for all kinds of pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, mice/rats, birds, etc. I also spent 5 years on active duty and will ensure your property stays safe and secure. My current day work allows me time throughout the day to be able to go let dogs out, feed and water, etc. I also have reliable transportation. I do not care for pets in my home, but I am more than happy to travel to you to help care for your loved ones!

About: I've taken care of dogs and horses all my life, and I am currently a horse rescue volunteer and feel there isn't a pet I can't handle. As an animal lover, I'll love on yours like my own and send you 5,000 pictures of them among the stunning Steamboat scapes along the core trail, where I love to take them on long healthy walks. Most importantly, I know what it's like to travel away from your pet and crave peace of mind that they are taken care of; that is my goal when they are in my care. I work from home with a freelancer schedule. I have two hands-on small dogs, so I am used to high-maintenance dogs and their constant care schedule. I have a home right near the core trail and a small backyard; I take long walks multiple times a day and think that’s one of the most important facets of pet care. I also know what it’s like to be away from your dogs and need peace of mind with your caregiver. I work from home so have an incredible amount of flexibility. We can plan your dogs’ specific routines together, but frequent breaks and play or walk time with your dog will become part of my schedule. I have two senior dogs and understand the exceptionally hands-on care they may require. I have grassy areas in my front and backyards, and also live minutes from the Core Trail.

About: I have been watching dogs through rover for the past 5 years. My family has always had dogs. I have walked and dog sat for neighbors, coworkers, rover clients and have stayed overnight in numerous households for dog owners away. I recently moved back to Traverse City and currently have a very flexible schedule. I love to go for daily walks or trail runs and am always happy to have a furry friend with me! I love to give the dogs I’m caring for as much attention as possible. I am very active and love to go on long walks, hikes or bring dogs to the beach.
