About: From miniature poodles to giant schnauzers, I’ve spent my life learning the language of dogs! Growing up with a mini poodle taught me the art of gentle companionship, while raising my giant schnauzer has made me an expert at handling big-dog energy, structured walks, and strong personalities. About: First, I live in Craig, but willing to try to make pickups work in Steamboat, meeting halfway or we travel for the gym often, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss. We have a large yard that is great for active dogs. There is always an adult in the house to watch/care for your pup, my mother in law lives with us, Mark is home often and we have 2 kids, ages 10 and 12. I enjoy being around dogs, and feel comfortable dealing with some simple behavior issues. I am very specific with my dog and willing to be as specific with yours if needed. I am active and can give walks daily. Please don't hesitate to let me know if any special needs and I'll do my best to be accommodating. I am active lifestyle and so going on walks and waking up early are part of my normal process. I am willing to work with any situation as best I can. I maintain control of situations and always attentive to behaviors or signs of fear or aggression to make sure it is addressed before any issues arise. I used to train horses when I was younger so the patience and consistency is something I've grown up with towards animals.

She came with a clipboard and info sheet to the home tour and checked in regularly throughout my trip. One kitty was sick and she cleaned that up and keep me posted as to the situation, and after we got home she checked in to see how he was doing. About: I have taken care of all types of pets since I was 10 years old. I have watched for family and friends from all around town. I have a kitten of my own but have watched dogs, cats, a horse, some chickens, and even a peacock! Hello! I am currently working full-time at a bank in Steamboat Springs but will still have time to give your pets the care they deserve! I will feed, walk, play, and clean after all pets. I will make sure the animals needs are satisfied as well as the owner of the house will come home to a clean home.

About: I have been caring for pups since childhood and have a true passion for animals. Dog sitting was my first means of income as a child with my neighbors (and parents) allowing me to care for their dogs into my home while also growing up with a number of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and rodents. My love for animals has only grown and for the first time in my life I have no pets of my own. For that reason, Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to spend time where my heart is and surround myself with what I love while also helping others. I have a great deal of experience training puppies as well as handling dogs with behavioral issues. Look forward to hearing from you! I am available to provide frequent care every day of the week. About: I will treat your pup with the love and detail I treat my own. Grew up with dogs and currently have a 8 year old field golden retriever named Thule. I have 10 years of experience working with dogs professionally, including volunteer work with Midwest Animal Resue and Services on the Receiving and Adoption team. I also own and operate a dog care business locally, Steamboat Pets, and serve as Board Vice President of the Routt County Humane Society. I’m insured and certified in dog CPR/First Aid. Dog care is my life, literally! I quit my corporate job of 13 years to care for dogs in the Steamboat Springs and surrounding communities. I will take your lead on what your dog needs - you know best! I will also have back up supplies, especially when staying overnight or going out on long hikes.

I provide care in your home to ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own familiar environment. I stick to your established routines and tailor my care based on your pet’s needs.

About: I have always had family pets. Growing up we had an Australian Shepherd for 18 years so I know how to handle both young and old dogs. I currently have a mini Aussie, Olive, who is 5 so I am used to energy as well. We have also always had cats in my family and have recently welcomed a new kitten, Gnocchi. I have lovingly cared for my own pets and others including for families I previously nannied for. I hope I can be a good fit for you and your furry family! I currently work full-time Tuesday-Saturday. I can take walk breaks if needed during the day and can do mornings/evenings. On my days off I am available for all day care. I have a kitten and mini aussie who love their space but are willing to share it with the right friend. I prefer to come to you but can make an exception for the right fit after safe introductions. I'm easy going and understand the intricacies of each individual animal so am willing to make any accommodations you would like!
