About: Having been a dog lover since childhood, I’ve always had dog sitting gigs for a side hustle. I also managed a professional boarding kennel for 5 years where I learned to care for pets of all sizes, personalities and needs. The great outdoors are my life, and I have grown into a passion hunting dogs, and have spent the last 4 years training my Labrador retriever. I have two dogs of my own, West, my four year old trusty hunting black Labrador, and Tilly a nine year old German Shepherd mix. I’m mostly available on weekends (Friday-Sunday), but depending on your dog’s daily needs, I can be flexible. I live in Oak Creek, but work in Steamboat Springs at a very dog friendly environment. I ensure your pet gets the basic care they need, plus extra love, photos, and time outside. About: I have experience in all things dog walking, training, crate training, bath time, feeding time, medicine distribution, playtime, socializing, house training, dog birthday parties, and specialized attention. I prioritize dogs health and walkies so I always get up in the cold mornings, feed them on time, take good walks, and take them to the park for socialization. I base my schedule around letting them out and giving them enough playtime to reduce boredom. My house is clear of any hazards and all cleaning supplies are put away. Since it’s not my pet, we will not be going off leash on walks.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, neighbors, and people in the community for the past couple of years. I have stayed at other peoples houses, let other dogs stay at my place, and have also done just some dog walking in the afternoons. I also worked at Beaver Brook Pet Center two summers ago where I took care of all the dogs boarding there and took them outside everyday, so I have experience with all different kinds and sizes of dogs! I’m currently working part-time this summer typically on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9-5, but I get an hour long lunch break at noon so I would be able to take the dogs out then if needed and would be able to take them out before and after work for a nice long walk! But I am very open on my weekends and at night for the summer! I love being outdoors, so if your dog likes long walks I would love to take them on hikes and long walks, and make sure they get enough outdoors time! I also make sure to feed the dogs at the same time everyday. I have experience and am comfortable giving any medications to your little ones if necessary as well! If your dog is friendly I also have a super sweet dog at home named Obi who can keep him company!

About: I grew up with dogs and have been taking care of friends dogs ever since I can remember. In my community I am often the first person called when it comes down to finding a trustworthy pet sitter. In addition, I have spent the last 5 years working with/ and babysitting kids with severe cognitive and physical disabilities. As a full time student I spend a lot of my time doing school work but, like dogs, need to get out and run around. I get to spend my time outside, on walks, runs, and bikes in between classes and on the weekends. I live in an apartment with two other dog loving girls. I am more than happy to share my bed or floor with an interested pup. Although I don't have a yard, I live right across from a big soccer field and have access to the horse gulch trail system behind my apartment (which I frequently use). About: I've done overnight house stays for several families in the Yampa Valley this year. Longest stay was 10 days. I love getting to know the dogs in the Valley and getting to go on great walks with them. I provide quality pet care and can provide references. When doing overnight house stays, on weekdays, I feed and walk the dogs before I go to work (I start work at 8am), and then after I get off work I come home to feed and walk them again. On weekends it is much easier, and I have all day to walk and feed them. I treat the pets with total respect and love. If the pets require any specific medication I can certainly administer it to them in their food.

I became a house sitter because I know how hard it is to leave both your pets and your home behind! I’m great at caring for pets that are under a lot of stress--they miss their family after all! I have worked with the local humane society since I was 9, so I am very well versed in providing a loving and safe environment for any animals with which I work! I do not start my new job until early November, so my schedule is fully available daily or weekly for any pet care that you might need! About: Having been a dog lover since childhood, I’ve always had dog sitting gigs for a side hustle. I also managed a professional boarding kennel for 5 years where I learned to care for pets of all sizes, personalities and needs. The great outdoors are my life, and I have grown into a passion hunting dogs, and have spent the last 4 years training my Labrador retriever. About: I have experience in all things dog walking, training, crate training, bath time, feeding time, medicine distribution, playtime, socializing, house training, dog birthday parties, and specialized attention. I prioritize dogs health and walkies so I always get up in the cold mornings, feed them on time, take good walks, and take them to the park for socialization. I base my schedule around letting them out and giving them enough playtime to reduce boredom. My house is clear of any hazards and all cleaning supplies are put away. Since it’s not my pet, we will not be going off leash on walks.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, neighbors, and people in the community for the past couple of years. I have stayed at other peoples houses, let other dogs stay at my place, and have also done just some dog walking in the afternoons. I also worked at Beaver Brook Pet Center two summers ago where I took care of all the dogs boarding there and took them outside everyday, so I have experience with all different kinds and sizes of dogs! I’m currently working part-time this summer typically on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9-5, but I get an hour long lunch break at noon so I would be able to take the dogs out then if needed and would be able to take them out before and after work for a nice long walk! But I am very open on my weekends and at night for the summer! I love being outdoors, so if your dog likes long walks I would love to take them on hikes and long walks, and make sure they get enough outdoors time! I also make sure to feed the dogs at the same time everyday. I have experience and am comfortable giving any medications to your little ones if necessary as well! If your dog is friendly I also have a super sweet dog at home named Obi who can keep him company!

About: I grew up with dogs and have been taking care of friends dogs ever since I can remember. In my community I am often the first person called when it comes down to finding a trustworthy pet sitter. In addition, I have spent the last 5 years working with/ and babysitting kids with severe cognitive and physical disabilities. As a full time student I spend a lot of my time doing school work but, like dogs, need to get out and run around. I get to spend my time outside, on walks, runs, and bikes in between classes and on the weekends. I live in an apartment with two other dog loving girls. I am more than happy to share my bed or floor with an interested pup. Although I don't have a yard, I live right across from a big soccer field and have access to the horse gulch trail system behind my apartment (which I frequently use). I am currently working as a plumber for my dad. I tend to have lots of leniency with work and can even bring a pup with me! My house is open to all cats and dogs and that includes the couch haha! I live outside of town in a house where dogs have lots of room to roam and even a pond! In my home the safety of all pets is very important :)
