Susan was awesome to work with! She genuinely loves dogs and she sent plenty of photos and updates. I felt very safe leaving my dog with her. I could tell Olive loved her when I picked her up! I would recommend her to anyone for dog sitting and I will definitely have Olive stay with her again :)
Susan is one of the very few people I completely trust to care for my Havanese, Maple. From the moment they met, it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals. Maple absolutely adores her and is always excited to see her. Susan is incredibly patient, attentive, and affectionate. She takes the time to make sure Maple gets plenty of exercise, playtime, cuddles, and sticks to her normal routine, which gives me so much peace of mind whenever I'm away. She also pays close attention to the little details, whether it's making sure Maple has fresh water, follows her feeding schedule, or simply gets lots of love and attention. One of my favorite things is the photo updates Susan sends. She's a talented photographer, and I always receive adorable pictures that let me know Maple is happy and having a great time. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and will truly care for your pet like they're part of the family, I can't recommend Susan highly enough. Any pet would be lucky to spend time with her.

Schedule
Your pet's routine is my priority. I'll follow their usual schedule for meals, walks, exercise, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and downtime, helping them stay happy and comfortable while you're away. I'll make every day feel as normal and consistent as possible.

I care for every pet as if they were my own, while respecting the routines and preferences you've established. Before we begin, I like to learn about your pet's personality, daily schedule, favorite activities, feeding routine, medications, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. During each visit, I'll make sure your pet has everything they need, including fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise or playtime, potty breaks (for dogs), litter box cleaning (for cats), and plenty of attention and affection. Whether your pet is energetic and loves to play or prefers a calm companion, I'll tailor my care to what makes them happiest. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I'd want someone to show mine. I'll keep everything clean and tidy, follow any instructions you've provided, and make sure your pet feels safe and secure in their familiar environment. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages after each visit, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, well cared for, and in good hands.
A typical day
Every pet has their own personality, so I like to tailor each visit to what they enjoy most. For dogs, that might mean a walk around the neighborhood, playing fetch, exploring a nearby trail, or simply spending time outside getting some fresh air and exercise. For cats, it could be interactive play with their favorite toys, enrichment activities, brushing (if they enjoy it), or quiet companionship while they relax. No matter the pet, I'll make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, plenty of love and attention, and time to play or unwind. I also love taking photos, so you can expect regular picture updates of your happy pet enjoying their day. My goal is for your pet to feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for, so when you return home, they're happy, relaxed, and excited to see you.
