“We have been traveling for a week and changing plans due to the lack of snow so we made a very last minute request and Emma was super flexible and communicative. She took great care of Minnie! Minnie can be anxious when away from home but was much calmer than usual when we picked her up. When Minnie needed space from Emma’s playful dogs, Emma gave Minnie her own space in the house. We got updates and photos during the day too. We highly recommend Emma and would use her again if we’re traveling in this area again.”

About: Hello! My name is Gwen and my husband's name is Mikkel. We live full time between the towns of Granby and Grand Lake and both work from home. We currently have 1 dog - a medium-sized, mild-mannered mixed breed named Baxter. Since we both work from home and are now empty nesters with a quiet house, we'd love to help you with dog care when you need to go out of town. We both have had dogs all of our lives, ranging from small dogs to labs, huskies, and shepherd mixes. We have taken care of dogs for friends and family on a regular basis. We take Baxter out for a walk in the morning and a walk in the evening so your pup(s) will get plenty of exercise with us if they'd like to. We don't have a fenced yard but will keep the dogs on leashes. We'll only book 1 family's dog or dogs at a time so it won't be too chaotic. Feel free to reach out with questions or to book time with us! Looking forward to taking care of your pup(s). We both wake up early so the dogs will get a walk and breakfast to start the day. We keep to a regular schedule which we find that dogs like so they know what to expect. There will be a great balance of rest time, exercise, and meal time. You can count on us to provide personalized, loving care for your dog(s). We have a safe, calm, and nurturing environment that dogs like. Baxter gets along well with other dogs.

About: I love big dogs, especially GSDs, but have experience with many ages, breeds, and sizes. I grew up with several labs. The last 10 years I raised a German Shepherd from 8 weeks that sadly passed away last summer. Needless to say I miss being covered in dog hair. I have experience with various personalities, separation anxiety, cuts/injuries, and administering medication. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes, and going to parks, but can also just hang out with your pup if that’s what’s desired. I work remote full time and set my own schedule, allowing flexibility all hours and days. I live in a home with plenty of room and a fenced in backyard. Trails are 20 yards away. Reach out if you’d like to set up a meet and greet! I work remotely and make my own schedule, so I’m flexible at all hours and days to provide the care that your dog needs and deserves. Dogs are always welcome in my home! I have plenty of space with a fenced in yard and dogs are allowed on the couch and in the bed. I’m easy to work with, patient (some dogs just like to sniff more than they walk), communicative, and can adjust to any preferred care strategy to provide a trustworthy service while you’re away.

About: Growing up with three dogs taught me invaluable lessons in responsibility, compassion and the joy of companionship as I navigated their diverse personalities while ensuring they receive love exercise and proper care. I hope to bring that experience to your pet. My schedule varies week to week. Some days I will be gone to work for eight hours but all days I will be able to give a long walk either before &/or after work. I can also come and provide exercise time doing lunch I will make it a priority to leave the space better than you left it. You deserve knowing that your pet and pet’s home is safe.

About: Hello! I grew up on 5 acres of land, with experience in just about every hooved or pawed furry friend. I also volunteered at a Humane Society for a number of years training and fostering dogs, so I am familiar with working with any little quirks or needs your friend may have. I currently have 3 dogs of my own, as well as our newest addition, our kitty Bopi. Our animals cohabitate as a little pack, we aren't sure if the kitty realizes she isn't a dog like all of her siblings in the home! We are happy to host at our home with a proper meet-and-greet as well as me coming to you if your pet prefers their own home while you're away. Our pets are our family and go on any adventure possible that we can bring them on, and I will treat yours the same! If you do happen to have farm animals other than cats and dogs, I am comfortable taking care of them as well, feel free to inquire! I am currently available full-time, working on home improvements while spending all my extra time with my own fur babies! Your animals will not be left alone during their stay for more than a trip to the store, as I dedicate my time making them comfortable in their home away from home or while missing their person. I have a very large, safe and fenced yard in the heart of Granby. We are a block away from a park, as well as many other amazing parks and walking trails nearby.
