“Georgia did a great job with my two dogs, they warmed up to her quickly and I felt that they were safe with her. She was very communicative and sent lots of photos.”

About: Hello! My name is Gwen and my husband's name is Mikkel. We live full time between the towns of Granby and Grand Lake and both work from home. We currently have 1 dog - a medium-sized, mild-mannered mixed breed named Baxter. Since we both work from home and are now empty nesters with a quiet house, we'd love to help you with dog care when you need to go out of town. We both have had dogs all of our lives, ranging from small dogs to labs, huskies, and shepherd mixes. We have taken care of dogs for friends and family on a regular basis. We take Baxter out for a walk in the morning and a walk in the evening so your pup(s) will get plenty of exercise with us if they'd like to. We don't have a fenced yard but will keep the dogs on leashes. We'll only book 1 family's dog or dogs at a time so it won't be too chaotic. Feel free to reach out with questions or to book time with us! Looking forward to taking care of your pup(s). We both wake up early so the dogs will get a walk and breakfast to start the day. We keep to a regular schedule which we find that dogs like so they know what to expect. There will be a great balance of rest time, exercise, and meal time. You can count on us to provide personalized, loving care for your dog(s). We have a safe, calm, and nurturing environment that dogs like. Baxter gets along well with other dogs.

“Joann did a great job watching my “senior” golden retriever for 4 nights. She sent photos and great feedback each day. I felt super comfortable with Joann and will definitely use her again!”

About: Hi there, my name is Emma! I'm a part-time pet care professional with over five year of experience working in dog daycare and boarding services. Whether your dog needs playtime, structured walks, or just some loving company while you're away, I provide a safe environment tailored each pup's personality and needs. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and special requirements (including medications and injections), and have worked with senior dogs to high-energy breeds. My goal is always to keep your furry friend happy, healthy, and loved while you're away. I work from home full-time and am available all week even during working hours. If there is a conflict, I will let you know in advance. I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine, personality, and needs. In your home, I keep things consistent: following feeding schedules, walk routines, playtime, and any training or behavioral guidelines you have in place. I also make sure your pet gets plenty of companionship, enrichment, and a calm, safe environment while you’re away.
About: I have loved dogs my whole life and have been taking care of dogs for about 10 years! I have lots of experience walking and caring for neighbor’s dogs as well as taking care of dogs of friends and family. I have a pet friendly apartment and would also be happy to go anywhere to take care of your dog, whether that be your house or the park! I would able to take care of your dog almost any day of the week! Just need to know I’m advance to make sure it works with my schedule! I have a good sized apartment and there is also a yard area for dogs to run around outside. I am happy to walk, feed, and take care of your dog in any way you might need!
“Maddy was very professional with great communication. She kept me updated with pictures and videos and it looked like my pup got LOTS of love and attention. Georgia was content and sleepy after pickup, so I know she had a great time and got a workout. Having a fenced backyard is also a big plus. I will definitely take Georgia to Maddy again for sitting.”

“Della was amazing bringing our pup into her home and family life, super enthusiastic about the whole experience and very responsive with updates and photos and videos. Will definitely use her again, and do recommend her to others. 5 star review!”

About: I’ve been involved with animals since I was a kid and have a few different dogs since I was born. I also have a cat! I am able to care for senior dogs and puppies as I’ve had them both living in my house, and am able to administer medication or follow any special feeding/medical schedule that your pet needs! I love caring for animals of all shape and size—I know how important and special each of your pets are. I am available to walk or let out at any time throughout the day as I am finished with school. I am happy to bring your dog to a dog park in my car or to just play with them in your backyard. I’m here to make your pet’s day better and yours easier! I can easily get a dog into a crate or car if needed and I am very good with introducing myself/caring for shy, skiddish animals.
About: Hi! I’m Stuss — a firefighter/paramedic and lifelong dog person based near Keystone/Dillon. Outside of work I volunteer at the Frisco Animal Shelter and with Summit Lost Pet Rescue, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of dogs: puppies, seniors, shy dogs, reactive dogs etc. I’ve also owned two dogs through their whole lives, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. My setup is simple: I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same household). That means your dog gets my full attention, a calm environment, and care that’s tailored to their routine — not a busy “pack” situation. I donate 20% of my earnings on Rover to the local animal shelter/rescue work I support. My work schedule is 48 hour shifts, and then I have a block of 4 days off. Some of those days I go on adventures, and some of those days I chill around the house. Those "rest days" are when I open my calendar up for dog sitting, so, your dog(s) will have my company all day while I'm at home doing chores, relaxing, and getting outside. I love to hike year round and I will take your dog with me, if they're up for it. I always match the day to your dog. Energetic dogs can join for longer walks/hikes, and seniors can take it slow with short strolls and extra couch time. I live in a ground-floor condo at the end of a quiet street with trails and open space nearby. With your permission, I also drive a few minutes to local trailheads for variety, and I kind of specialize in knowing quiet places to hike without the crowds. I live alone in a quiet, uncluttered home — great for dogs who do best in a calm space. Dogs are welcome on the couch and bed (unless you prefer otherwise). I stick closely to your dog’s normal routine: meals, meds, potty schedule, exercise, and any special instructions.
“This was our second time using Lia as a sitter for our girl Sunnie. During Sunnie's stay, Lia took her to the dog park and for walks everyday. She also took Sunnie to get a pup cup on the last day of her stay. She sent us lots of updates and photos of all the fun they were having. I would highly recommend booking Lia as a sitter! She is the best :)”

“This was my first time using Rover and I felt anxious about it. When I picked up my black lab Benny at the end of a three day trip, he looked happy and was affectionate towards Ben. I got pictures all weekend from Ben and his girlfriend Mel, I’ve been running on trails and getting lots of time outside. They were both extremely kind, Thoughtful, and professional. I felt at ease and I will for sure use Ben again.”

“It took me way too long to leave this review, but here it is. Natalie is amazing. Her loving care of our Oliver is as good as it gets. He knows where he is when we arrive and can't wait to get inside her condo. Communication with us is daily, including many pictures. Oliver now has an Aunt Natalie and I can't recommend her enough!”

“Addison took such wonderful care of our dog Lily, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Addison was incredibly attentive, kept us updated, followed all of Lily’s care instructions, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Lily came home happy, comfortable, and well cared for, which means everything to us. We would absolutely trust Addison with Lily again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and thoughtful pet sitter. Thank you Addison, for taking such great care of our little girl!”

“Wow! Keren is a dream. She was available last minute, shevtook such good care of our girl and her dog and ours had a blast. I can't begin to express how lucky I feel to have found her!”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover who has been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs taught me how important it is to provide pets with patience, attention, exercise, and lots of love. For the past 6 years, I've volunteered with Fulton County Animal Services, where I've worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments. As a Level 3 volunteer, I have extensive experience handling, walking, socializing, and caring for shelter dogs, including those who may need extra patience and confidence-building. I understand that every dog is unique, and I take the time to learn their individual needs and routines. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with a companion, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and look forward to meeting your furry family member! I do work a part-time job, but I carefully manage my schedule to ensure every pet in my care receives plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I maintain a consistent routine and make your pet's comfort and well-being a top priority while they're staying with me. I'm always happy to discuss my schedule and your pet's specific needs to make sure we're a great fit. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I make sure they receive plenty of exercise, attention, playtime, and affection while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments through my 6 years of volunteering at Fulton County Animal Services as a Level 3 volunteer. This experience has taught me how to read canine body language, build trust with nervous dogs, and safely handle a variety of personalities and energy levels. I pay close attention to each pet's needs, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise requirements, and any special instructions from their owners. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment so both pets and their owners can feel confident and at ease.
“Minda was friendly and quick to respond. Great location in Silverthorne. She watched our 2 year old golden while we went skiing on a Saturday. So helpful of a resource! Bailey had a great time with her two dogs and came back home happy and tired. We will definitely use her again!”

“Dan is thoughtful, caring man and took wonderful care of our two labs. I have to admit that one of our pups still has a generous amount of puppy energy and some people would have a hard time. Dan welcomed the energy with a smile. He also kept in touch with us with pics and news on how the dogs were enjoying their time while we were away. He also has a great backyard that is fenced in for safety. I highly recommend him!”

“Alec was an amazing sitter for my dog Aurora. He was very communicative and professional. He was also very easy to coordinate details with and flexible during pick up and drop off. He made sure Aurora felt at home and got enough exercise. We would highly recommend Alec and will be reusing him in the future if needed.”

Chris was so great with Pickles! He took the time to meet up with us before confirming the visit to ensure our dogs got along well (they got along great!). He took Pickles on long trail walks and sent great photos and updates. As someone who gets anxious leaving my dog, it was a relief to know he was having fun and well taken care of.
