“Shanik was a really great host for my dog, Violet. She was warm and welcoming, clearly loves dogs, and her 2 dogs were great companions for Violet during her stay. She had never stayed in another family's home before, and Shanik make it easy. She also sent lots of pictures each day I was away and gave regular updates so it was clear that Violet was having a great time.”

“We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”

“Curry was on some meds during this stay for an issue with his nose and she made sure he was staying on track ( with his meds and his ointment). Updated us when his nose was looking better too! Never have to worry if he is getting the care he needs here with Emma!! He loves coming over to see her, her huskies, and her kitties!! We will continue to use her <3”

“Our dog had a wonderful time at Aubrey’s house. He had lots of furry friends to play with, spent time exploring outside and received many cuddles and love. Aubrey was wonderful at sending daily updates and pictures. Our pup came back exhausted from all the fun he had. Can’t wait to use Aubrey again next time we are away!”

“Addison was so accommodating, easy to communicate with and sweet with my dog! She sent updates and pictures, and took great care of her. Highly recommend and hope to book with her again in the future :)”

“Georgia took great care of Zia! She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She handled Zia's special diet and medications with ease and was very attentive to all her needs. Highly recommend!”

“Alicia, thank you so much for not only taking our sweet girl last minute but then taking exceptional care of her and also us by keeping us updated on her stay. Even if only one photo, I always love seeing how she’s doing, and you sent more than that. I appreciate you so much and 100% recommend you to anyone who’s looking for a compassionate and caring sitter for your fur babes!”

“My dog had a great time with Madeline. Madeline took her for lots of walks, and she handled my dog's anxiety/reactivity wonderfully. Will definitely be booking her again!”

“This was my first Rover experience so I was a little nervous to leave Indie with someone new (admittedly, I'm a rather needy pet parent - oops! :) ) Della was so thorough in explanation her daily routine with doggie visitors during our meet and greet a local park. Indie is a pretty shy with new people, and Della completely respected Indie's pace to earn her trust. Della has a radiantly warm and positive energy. Her calm confidence and compassion helped put both Indie and me at ease for her first overnight sleepover party. I received plenty of photos of Indie joyfully leaping around the park with the other doggie guests - and very prompt responses - which I so appreciate. Della somehow even captured a photo Indie with her floppy ears completely airborne as she ran around with other dogs - which made me laugh and is now my phone wallpaper. When I went to pick her up the next morning, her sweet daughter Uma parted with her with plenty of hugs and kisses. What a sweet family Indie is lucky to reside with when I'm out of town. We're lucky to have found Della & Uma!”

“Elise sent plenty of pictures and took excellent care of my dog. Would highly recommend her, and plan on using her rover services again in the future!”

“Sandy and Chase were amazing! They communicated well and sent so many photos and updates. My pups were happy and tired upon pickup. I will definitely use them again when I am in the area!”

“This was my second time using Tigran. I felt like the pups were very well taken care of and loved. He sent me videos every day. Great communicator and flexible with drop off and pick up times. Highly recommend.”

“Jenna took such good care of my dog, taking him on a great hike for the day I needed her to watch him (even with a short notice of needing her sitting help) Very happy and would recommend!”

“Jessica and Sophie were wonderful watching our pup! We were sent many pictures and our dog had a great time playing with Sophie. He was well cared for and is now exhausted. Highly recommend!”

Molly was wonderfu, i highly recoomend her. She did in home boarding for my lab rhue for 4 days. She contacted me in advance to learn about what rhue likes to do, rhue is very energetic. So Molly took her swimming, walking, played ball, took her to a bicycle rally to help supervise :-) out to a local restaurant's patio and more. Molly was flexible on my arrival and departure and helped me get a large rv in and out of her neighborhood. I got pics every day, she communicated really well. Overall best rover Ive ever had.

Chris was so great with Pickles! He took the time to meet up with us before confirming the visit to ensure our dogs got along well (they got along great!). He took Pickles on long trail walks and sent great photos and updates. As someone who gets anxious leaving my dog, it was a relief to know he was having fun and well taken care of.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
