I have spent time working at boarding facilities where I administered all kinds of medications and kept up with individual dogs’ feeding schedules. I genuinely enjoy walking dogs and being active, but also don’t mind if your pup is more of a couch potato that just wants some company. Whatever their needs, I’ll be there for them AND you! I’m a county employee so I do work full time, but on the days that you schedule me, I’ll be completely available to you! About: I have had pets since I was little and have always loved animals. I have even helped care for an old roommate's bird for 5 years! I work full time as a server, but the earliest I ever have to go in is 930a and the latest I've gotten out is 11p. However, with an influx of students coming to our restaurant, my schedule has mellowed quite a bit and we're not being scheduled on those brutal doubles as much! I love going out for hikes and to the lake. I'd be happy to bring your furry buddy with me on those adventures! About: I had a dog for 11 years and my cat is 18 years old currently! I have had pets my entire life and am very comfortable being with and taking care of animals. I also grew up in Tahoe, so I know all the good areas for dog walking :) I am currently on summer vacation so I have plenty of time on weekdays and weekends to take care of pets, either cat or dog! I have a cat at home who is very shy and finicky, but she did live with my dog for over a decade. I have a fenced in backyard and access to a meadow with dog walking trails.

I am comfortable with animals who have special care instructions such as administering medicine and have experience with puppies and larger breeds such as German shepherd/Great Dane. For right now, my schedule allows me to be available for petsitting and walking every day of the week! Boarding can be arranged in advance in order to block out the necessary time for around the clock care. I put an emphasis on exercise and am not scared of a bath. Right now, I do not have pets of my own so I really enjoy the companionship and opportunity for exercise and activities. At the moment, I live in a pet friendly apartment building a short walk away from the beach!
