About: Growing up, I've helped train and take care of 2 cats, 5 dogs, and at one point 9 puppies. I can speak Spanish at a conversational level. And I probably will enjoy playing and going on walks just as much as the pet will. I am currently in college as a full time student. For the meet and greet she asked great questions before she and Rob arrived on how to best greet my dogs and if there was anything they should know when they approach me, the dogs and my home. I have German Shepherds. My dogs warmed up to both of them quickly. They showed up on time and seemed genuinely interested in the dogs and me. Rob walked my puppy yesterday and sent a nice summary and pictures as well as their walking route. I'm excited to have them as part of my team! They work well as a team and enjoy dogs and walking.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
