About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to look after your furry loved one. :) I've been a cat owner for most of my life and also have experience with all kinds of dogs through previous pet-sitting. I'm also accustomed to caring for kittens and pets with special dietary and/or medication needs. I have two cats of my own, Suki and Dimitri, who mean more to me than anything! As an educator in my daily life, I take communication very seriously--I also know that when I go out of town, my babies are always on my mind! That's why when I look after pets, I am sure to provide frequent updates and pictures so that you can feel confident that your pets are doing well. I am a PhD student working on my dissertation, which means my schedule is incredibly flexible and I can easily work with your availability to find times that work for everyone! As a guest to your home, I will carefully respect your pets' space and boundaries to make them feel as safe as possible. Creating a relationship of trust, both with you as a client and with your pet, is extremely important to me.

About: I am a 20-year-old animal lover currently attending Penn State and looking to build a base of regular pet-sitting clients! I have over 6 years of pet-sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, and chickens. My passion for animals started at a young age, and beginning at 13, I regularly walked dogs for several neighbors. Through pet sitting, I have gained experience with animals of all sizes and personalities, from energetic puppies to horses and farm animals. I am dedicated to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I would love to become a trusted, familiar sitter for local families and their pets! 🐾 As a Penn State World Campus student living on campus, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet care throughout the week. I also have my own car, making it easy for me to travel to nearby homes for walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care. My flexible class schedule allows me to work around each pet’s individual needs, whether that means morning visits, midday check-ins, evening care, or regular walks. I am reliable, responsible, and happy to work with pet owners to create a schedule that works best for them and their pets! 🐾 I also have a friendly bulldog who loves meeting new people and dogs. If your dog enjoys socializing and you’re comfortable with it, I can bring her along for company during visits. Of course, your pet’s comfort and preferences always come first, and I will only do this with your permission.

About: I’m a Penn State student, formerly an Animal Science major and now a third-year studying Psychology. I previously volunteered at PAW Pets Shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and interacting with dogs of different temperaments and needs. I’m very patient when it comes to pet care, and I enjoy teaching and guiding pets step by step so they can feel comfortable, confident, and safe. I also have a toy poodle back home, so I understand the responsibility and attention that goes into caring for a dog every day. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. As a Penn State student, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with pets in the afternoon, taking them on walks in the evening and every morning, and making sure they get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I truly love spending time with animals and try to make the most of every moment I have with them. I care for pets in my home by providing a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space for them to move around. My home has three floors, giving pets room to walk, explore, and stay active throughout the day. I also make sure they have a quiet bedroom space where they can rest comfortably. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where pets feel relaxed and well cared for.

About: I grew up with a boxer-mix her name was Ruby (she unfourtently passed away:( I also volunteer at the local shelter near my college where I walk all kinds of dogs all ages. I feed them, walk/ play with them, and make sure they are healthy. I attend Penn State University and volunteer at Centre County Paws. I am a full time student at Penn State University studying biology. Although I am studying a good amount, I have a pretty light schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays and anytime after 2 pm Monday Wednesdays and Fridays. I find that caring for pets is a nice break from all of the studying and stress of school and am more than willing to taking a few hours out of my day to interact with dogs or cats. At Penn State, I live in a pet friendly apartment and right next to a neighborhood where I could take dogs for walks. Back at home, I have a fenced in yard, and we took my dog, Ruby to the beach, for walks, and to the park once or twice a day! Unfortunately my fur baby passed from cancer last year so I have missed being able to take her for walks. At the shelter I volunteer at, (Centre County Paws) I take 2-3 dogs for walks and make sure that the dogs all have their meals, water, and that their bowel movements are looking good and if not I will take note of that!

About: Hi! My name is Katie! I am a student at Penn State and a lover of all creatures, large and small! I have had family dogs throughout my childhood. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, breeds with longer coats, and both large and small breeds. I also have experience with handling rescues of various sizes with different triggers. I also have grown up with cats and have experience with all ages and sizes too! Additionally, I have experience with caring for pet rabbits. I have had several over the years. **I do not have experience with disabled or dogs with special needs, however I am willing to learn and accommodate whenever necessary! I am currently working part-time and am a part-time student at Penn State (student status subject to change). I will have plenty of time to tend to your fur babies! I cannot provide boarding services at this time, so all my pet care services will be at or around your home. I can walk the dogs, play with them, make sure they are properly fed and watered, and take them outside regularly.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old. Growing up, I had two dogs, a Boxer and a Shih Tzu, and I was responsible for their daily care, including feeding them, taking them outside for potty breaks, cleaning up after them, and maintaining their overall hygiene. Later, my family got a Cavapoo puppy, and I took an active role in his training and care. I potty trained him to go outside and taught him to communicate when he needed to use the bathroom by standing or sitting near the door. I also taught him basic commands such as sitting and giving his paw. In addition, I worked with him on leash behavior and recall to help ensure he would not run away or bark at other dogs during walks, including situations where his leash became loose. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, responsible, attentive, and consistent when caring for and training dogs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and would be comfortable providing them with the attention, exercise, and care they need. I’m a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to work pet care into my routine. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, and I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual schedule and needs. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I follow each pet’s routine, provide meals, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I also keep their space clean and make sure they feel safe and comfortable.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize creating a calm and familiar environment by following the pet’s routine as closely as possible. I pay close attention to body language and other cues to understand how the pet is feeling, and I give them the space or affection they need based on their comfort level. I know that trust takes time, especially with animals, and I’m always patient, gentle, and respectful of their boundaries. About: Growing up with dogs all my life along with my animal science major I well versed in medication routines, early morning to late night potty breaks, special dietary needs to the ones who have been loved past their youth and need a little extra care. I’ve been bit, scratched, slobbered and thrown up on and there is nothing too much to handle I’m working part time at a restaurant however I am more than willing to make time during off days for your fur-babies, walks and regular exercise, quick check ins and long stays I will make time to do. Pets are watched closely, mostly nearly medication administration and meal time. If desired I can feed at specific times and can adapt a medication schedule periodically for any and all fur babies.

About: I’ve grown up with animals all my life from dogs to cats to rabbits and many more. I loved taking my dog for walks, but sadly she has passed away so I would love to walk your dog. I also love cats, I had one cat a few years back, but my parents won’t let me get another one so if you have a cat I would give it and / or your dog all types of love. I love any type of dog or cats or any other animal! I currently work full time at Penn State from 5am to 1:30pm. I would gladly care for your pets over nights, do drop-in visits or walks! I will do whatever is necessary to make sure you and your animals feel safe and comfortable while you are gone and I will send pictures whenever you ask!
