About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to look after your furry loved one. :) I've been a cat owner for most of my life and also have experience with all kinds of dogs through previous pet-sitting. I'm also accustomed to caring for kittens and pets with special dietary and/or medication needs. I have two cats of my own, Suki and Dimitri, who mean more to me than anything! As an educator in my daily life, I take communication very seriously--I also know that when I go out of town, my babies are always on my mind! That's why when I look after pets, I am sure to provide frequent updates and pictures so that you can feel confident that your pets are doing well. I am a PhD student working on my dissertation, which means my schedule is incredibly flexible and I can easily work with your availability to find times that work for everyone! As a guest to your home, I will carefully respect your pets' space and boundaries to make them feel as safe as possible. Creating a relationship of trust, both with you as a client and with your pet, is extremely important to me.

About: Hi! My name is Katie! I am a student at Penn State and a lover of all creatures, large and small! I have had family dogs throughout my childhood. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, breeds with longer coats, and both large and small breeds. I also have experience with handling rescues of various sizes with different triggers. I also have grown up with cats and have experience with all ages and sizes too! Additionally, I have experience with caring for pet rabbits. I have had several over the years. **I do not have experience with disabled or dogs with special needs, however I am willing to learn and accommodate whenever necessary! I am currently working part-time and am a part-time student at Penn State (student status subject to change). I will have plenty of time to tend to your fur babies! I cannot provide boarding services at this time, so all my pet care services will be at or around your home. I can walk the dogs, play with them, make sure they are properly fed and watered, and take them outside regularly.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old. Growing up, I had two dogs, a Boxer and a Shih Tzu, and I was responsible for their daily care, including feeding them, taking them outside for potty breaks, cleaning up after them, and maintaining their overall hygiene. Later, my family got a Cavapoo puppy, and I took an active role in his training and care. I potty trained him to go outside and taught him to communicate when he needed to use the bathroom by standing or sitting near the door. I also taught him basic commands such as sitting and giving his paw. In addition, I worked with him on leash behavior and recall to help ensure he would not run away or bark at other dogs during walks, including situations where his leash became loose. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, responsible, attentive, and consistent when caring for and training dogs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and would be comfortable providing them with the attention, exercise, and care they need. I’m a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to work pet care into my routine. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, and I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual schedule and needs. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I follow each pet’s routine, provide meals, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I also keep their space clean and make sure they feel safe and comfortable.

About: Before coming to college, I dog-sat for many of my neighbors! They would go out of town for a few days to a few weeks and I would do drop-in visits in their home and take the dogs for walks. Dogs have ranged from 1 year to 14 years old, and all have been different breeds. I am a student at Penn State, so my schedule varies day to day. I am normally free earlier in the mornings, I have a little break around lunch time, and I have free evenings! Message me for more specifics! I have done drop-in visits to take care of pets before. You set the rules! In the past, I have used garage codes or been given a key and gone in to let the dog out, and spent some time with them so they are not lonely throughout the day!

About: Growing up my family had a miniature schnauzer and we were lucky enough to have her in our lives for 18 years! I would walk her every day, administer tick and flea medicine, teach her tricks, make eating her food fun as she got older, took her to the groomer, and of course gave her lots of attention and playtime. I've also walked a handful of my friends' dogs before either just around the block or for a few miles depending on much exercise they need. I'm also familiar with drop in visits to feed dogs dinner or let them out to run around in the yard. Right now I work part time so I have some availability during the work week, as well as the weekends. I'd be happy to come walk your dog before work, let your dog out (and or walk them) around lunch time, feed your dog or cat breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as just spending time playing with your pets and making sure they are getting the attention they need when you are away. When I am in your home I will be diligent to make sure I am providing your pet the care that you have asked for. I like to know what is expected of me to make sure I provide quality care so I may ask some questions to ensure I am successful!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was about 13. I’ve always loved animals and I will treat as if they were my very own I currently work part time at a pretty flexible job so I’ll will be to walk and take care or your animals when I have to. About: I’ve never lived without a dog; ever since I was a baby there had been a dog and cat in my home, though I will say I didn’t truly step up as a “pet parent” til the past 5 years or so. I care for my 13 year old dog and help her up and down steps, I’ve helped my cat through her kidney disease and managed her diets and medication, and I have experience both dog and cat sitting for family friends. I am also currently majoring in Wildlife & Fisheries Science so I’ve dealt with all sorts of animals. I am a full time student, however I will have plenty of time between classes to assist whatever your pets may need! I am available all weekends Mondays; Available between 10am-1pm, as well as past 5:30 Tuesday; Available any time before 1pm and any time after 6pm Wednesday; Available after 5:30 Thursday; Available any time before 1pm and any time after 6pm Friday; Available any time between 10am-4pm I have dealt with fairly large dogs and managed to successfully crate them as well as keep them safe on a leash. I, myself, have an old dog back home so I understand how they may need extra care and patience and I can even support them in walking/moving around if needed. As for cats, I am very experienced and have been my cat’s primary caretaker since she was just a few weeks old. I understand their temperaments and have catsit for an extremely shy cat before and was even able to get her to come out of her shell a bit. I can of course handle cleaning a litterbox daily and any other needs they may have.

About: I’m a Penn State student, formerly an Animal Science major and now a third-year studying Psychology. I previously volunteered at PAW Pets Shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and interacting with dogs of different temperaments and needs. I’m very patient when it comes to pet care, and I enjoy teaching and guiding pets step by step so they can feel comfortable, confident, and safe. I also have a toy poodle back home, so I understand the responsibility and attention that goes into caring for a dog every day. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. As a Penn State student, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with pets in the afternoon, taking them on walks in the evening and every morning, and making sure they get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I truly love spending time with animals and try to make the most of every moment I have with them. I care for pets in my home by providing a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space for them to move around. My home has three floors, giving pets room to walk, explore, and stay active throughout the day. I also make sure they have a quiet bedroom space where they can rest comfortably. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where pets feel relaxed and well cared for.

About: I've been caring for pets of neighbors, family, and friends since I was a child. I love and care for animals of all breeds, sizes, and abilities. I’m currently interning part-time and will be in office every other day, as reflected in my Rover calendar. Outside of this, I am open to care for your pets! I understand that all animals have different boundaries and personalities, and I take that into account with each animal I care for. I am gentle with all pets and ensure that their safety and comfort is my top priority.

About: Ever since I was a little kid I have been around dogs and cats. I love animals and currently have two cats named Peaches and CC along with a dog named Porkchop. I’m currently not taking classes but rather working a part time job. I mostly work on Saturday and Sunday but my availability is very flexible When I visit a clients home I will care for their pets however it is discussed with them. I like to do meet and greets in advance to make sure I understand the proper care and routine for their pets.

About: I have worked in an animal shelter for almost 7 years. I was the kennel manager, I did the daily cleaning and walking of the dogs and cats and have experience in medicating them. I'm currently not working so I have a pretty flexible schedule, any time and days of the week work well for me. please feel free to ask me any questions I have tons of experience and know a lot about handling and caring for animals. I have 2 very loving cats but your pets would not be meeting them.
