Jodi took Zoe last minute and made it very easy for us to set up a quick meet and greet and drop off/pick up. She kept a close eye on Zoe’s arthritic hip and applied antibiotics to a cut on her paw. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication.
