She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She kept in touch throughout my trip, sending updates and adorable pictures of Mavis. It was so reassuring to see Mavis happy and well taken care of while I was away. About: I have years of experience training dogs of all breeds and life stages, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. With a securely fenced-in yard and expert handling, I’ll provide customized care that ensures a safe, comfortable, and happy environment for your pup at any age. I'm semi-retired and my children are grown. I'm home most of the time and would love to share our cozy home with your pet in a safe loving environment while you're out of town. I have a quarter acre fenced in backyard, away from any busy streets. We have large & small dog beds in the living room or if you prefer we also do have crate capacity. There is a state park only a few blocks away from the house that has wonderful hiking trails for dogs. Even when it's busy over the holidays we limit the amount of dogs at a time so the dogs don't get overwhelmed.

About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I work part time at home with a dog and two cats. I take physical and mental enrichment very seriously for all animals. Any animal I’m caring for comes first everyday. A tired dog is a happy dog. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!
