“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She kept in touch throughout my trip, sending updates and adorable pictures of Mavis. It was so reassuring to see Mavis happy and well taken care of while I was away. In short, Crystal is fantastic at what she does. She's caring, professional, and loves animals. I'll definitely be calling on her again next time I need a cat sitter.”

About: I’m a Penn State student, formerly an Animal Science major and now a third-year studying Psychology. I previously volunteered at PAW Pets Shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and interacting with dogs of different temperaments and needs. I’m very patient when it comes to pet care, and I enjoy teaching and guiding pets step by step so they can feel comfortable, confident, and safe. I also have a toy poodle back home, so I understand the responsibility and attention that goes into caring for a dog every day. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. As a Penn State student, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with pets in the afternoon, taking them on walks in the evening and every morning, and making sure they get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I truly love spending time with animals and try to make the most of every moment I have with them. I care for pets in my home by providing a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space for them to move around. Jodi took Zoe last minute and made it very easy for us to set up a quick meet and greet and drop off/pick up. She kept a close eye on Zoe’s arthritic hip and applied antibiotics to a cut on her paw. Zoe came home happy and healthy!”
