Pet care experience

Need some care? Here to Help

Hi! I’m a college student at Penn state university with 4–5 years of experience caring for pets. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, bathe, walk, and love their animals like my own. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with all kinds of pets. Thank you for considering me to care for your amazing companion!

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize creating a calm and familiar environment by following the pet’s routine as closely as possible. I pay close attention to body language and other cues to understand how the pet is feeling, and I give them the space or affection they need based on their comfort level. I know that trust takes time, especially with animals, and I’m always patient, gentle, and respectful of their boundaries. My goal is to make each pet feel safe, seen, and cared for while their family is away.

Schedule

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially while I’m home for the summer and have a more open schedule. I plan my days around my availability (11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays) and make sure I have enough time to give each pet the attention, care, and playtime they need. Whether it's feeding, grooming, or just keeping a cat company, I treat it like a priority not a side task. I also stay flexible so I can adjust to each pet’s unique routine and needs.
