I have a passion for animal care. My apartment does not allow pets, so I would have to visit your home. My class schedule for Fall 2026 is MWF 9am-2:30pm, Tuesday Off, Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm. I have some breaks between classes for drop-ins, drop-ins after classes, day-sitting after classes, overnight stays, and weekends if needed. I follow your pet's routine. Every pet has a different routine, so I meet with owners and pets before the scheduled date for petsitting. I learn your pet's routine and simply follow it. I take pictures for clients as reassurance. My apartment does not allow pets, so I would have to take care of your pet in your home!

About: We love dogs! We enjoyed our beautiful Bichon for 17 years and now we have a Portuguese Water Dog and a rescued Labradoodle. We're looking forward to providing your pup with a fun, safe place to stay. We have a large 4 acre lot with about 1/2 acre of fenced yard. Jodi works part time, which allows for plenty of time for midday play, walks and outdoor time. Our fur babies love playing with each other and we often host play dates with friends and their dogs, that are always a big hit. We know how difficult it is to find someone you trust with your baby, and we look forward to welcoming your dog into our home while you take that business trip or long overdue vacation. Working part time allows for extra time with my dogs...and yours! Our dogs are family - they sit with us on the couch and sleep in our bed. Yours will be free to relax wherever they find most comfortable. We have a fenced yard in addition to a large wooded lot that your babies are sure to enjoy. Our two friendly dogs will keep your fur baby company and I can also easily crate your dog inside, if needed.

About: I’ve never lived without a dog in my home in my 22 years and began pet sitting for others at age 10. Working with dogs through friends, family, and even strangers I’ve found a love for sharing my time with your furry companions. I hope to get to share with your pets many of the great outdoor spaces I’ve enjoyed for years in this area! I’m teaching in State College at the local schools (8am-3:30pm). Staying local with plenty of early evenings off and weekend availability, I’m able to take on same day bookings as well as alter my afternoon and weekend schedule with some advance notice. I’m well equipped to handle large dogs as well as small dogs with big personalities! About: Hi there! I'm Emma, and I've had a passion for working with animals for over a decade. I've grown up around and helped raise dogs and cats my whole life, but my real experience with dogs and pet sitting began in 2015 during my undergraduate years, when I worked at an indoor dog daycare for three years caring for a wide range of breeds, ages, and temperaments for up to six hours a day. That role gave me a strong foundation in reading dog behavior, managing group dynamics, and ensuring every pup felt safe and comfortable. Alongside my daycare work, I built a steady base of 2–3 private clients throughout both my undergraduate and graduate careers, providing regular dog and cat sitting on a more personal, one-on-one basis. I genuinely love getting to know each pet's unique personality and routine. My experience includes working with pets of all ages and breeds, those with anxiety or separation issues, and animals that require medication to be administered. Whether your pet needs lots of reassurance or just a calm, reliable presence, I'm here to make sure they're happy and well cared for while you're away! About: My family has had dogs and cats my entire life so I am experienced in taking care of both, I often watch the pets of friends and family. I am a grad student so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to check on cats in the morning and at night, helping with routine related activities (e.g. feeding, changing water, etc) I have a safe and secure home with minimal clutter, since I myself have a cat I make sure to keep dangerous things out of his reach and am conscious of reducing risk in all situations. For example, my cat does not have access to bags (to reduce risk of suffocation), or medicines, or sharp objects.

About: As a child, my family had a Maltese since he was a puppy and he lived until the age of 15 years old. His life expectancy was around 7 years old, so he was a senior dog. I learned how to take care of my dog at a young age and was responsible for taking care of him. Now, my parents and I have a puppy named Shylo Esch. He is a mix of Bernese mountain dog and mini poodle. I have attended puppy class with him at Manners N' More in Bellefonte, PA. I also frequently walk my family friend's dog who is a Labrador retriever. I grew up around dogs and learning to and caring for them, I have a deep love for taking care of dogs. I work a part time job throughout the week. I usually have a few appointments scheduled each week and make plans with friends/family whenever we have time. When considering booking dog care, I make sure I have the availability for your pup(s) and communicate with you about it. My baby dog, Shylo Esch, has been spoiled by my parents with many toys and treats. He is treat motivated from his puppy training, leashed for outdoor walks and goes in his crate when nobody is home. I hold myself to a strong work ethic when caring for dogs by creating a disciplined yet empathetic stance when caring for fur babies or elderly dogs. In my clients home, I closely follow the rules and duties of the care they require to care for their dogs. I set up a meet n' greet with the dog and owner before committing. I like to meet the dog beforehand to see if we are a good fit by interacting, playing with or taking them on a walk with the owner around their usual route in order to gauge their temperament and comfortability with me. I ask various questions about how the owner takes care of the dog, so I can best follow their lead. I ask about daily routine activities, food schedule, treat frequency, walking time, habits, likes, dislikes, etc. I prefer to follow the daily routine and activities that the dog is used to in order to keep them on track while their owner is away. (**The app takes 20% from my pay so what's advertised is not what I get paid out**)
