About: Before coming to college, I dog-sat for many of my neighbors! They would go out of town for a few days to a few weeks and I would do drop-in visits in their home and take the dogs for walks. Dogs have ranged from 1 year to 14 years old, and all have been different breeds. I am a student at Penn State, so my schedule varies day to day. I am normally free earlier in the mornings, I have a little break around lunch time, and I have free evenings! Message me for more specifics! I have done drop-in visits to take care of pets before. You set the rules! In the past, I have used garage codes or been given a key and gone in to let the dog out, and spent some time with them so they are not lonely throughout the day!
About: Growing up my family had a miniature schnauzer and we were lucky enough to have her in our lives for 18 years! About: I’ve always been a dog family, growing up with always 2 dogs or more in my family households. When I was 20, I adopted my soul dog Dusty, who was extremely dog reactive. He showed me a lot of how to deal with reactive dogs, especially on walks and dealing with strangers who may not get that their dog may be friendly, but yours may need that extra space to be comfortable. I now also own two cats, adopted from the local shelter Paws and they have become my life. They are very clingy but also shy towards strangers. So I also very understand if you own some shy cats, I would love them just the same!
