“Laura took amazing care of Chrissy during a last-minute drop-in request. We really appreciated her communication and all the pictures she sent. We will definitely connect with Laura again in the future!”

About: I've taken care of cats since five years ago. We have our own cat, Puffy, and also take care of our friends' cats from time to time. My two boys are both cat lovers and very helpful for taking care of cats. I'm working parttime at home, so I am at home most of the time. My schedule is very flexible and should be able to fit your needs. We have a single house, which provide plenty of space for cats to explore. We will clean the litter box every day for your cats. We also have plenty of toys for your cats to play with.
“As always, Michelle was absolutely wonderful with our dog. Our pup is very territorial, but immediately recognized and welcomed Michelle at our new home. There isn’t anyone else we would trust with our girl. Thank you again Michelle!”

“Stopped by and put my two goofy goldens out in my fenced yard on a very rainy day and stayed to play with them a bit. Very much appreciate having dependable pet sitters near my home. Thank you Kenya and Simone!!”

“Margaret took great care of our 2 dogs while we were away for the weekend. She stayed longer than she needed to to ensure the pups had enough love and care in our absence. She communicated and shared photos often”

“Jana does a great job and we will continue to utilize her for our pet sitting needs! She is a great communicator and her messages always make me laugh. I can’t compliment her professionalism and consistency enough.”

About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and have always had a dog growing up, so caring for pups has always come naturally to me! 🐾 Over the past 10+ years, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. Along with helping friends, family, and neighbors, I’ve also gained even more experience through our local Facebook community by caring for pets for families in the area. I truly love getting to know each dog’s unique personality! Whether your pup loves long walks, playing fetch, belly rubs, or just curling up for cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family because I know how much they mean to you. Have more than one pup? No problem! My spouse is also available to help during overnight stays, so there’s always an extra set of hands to make sure each dog gets plenty of love and attention. We’re both Penn State students, which gives us lots of flexibility with our schedules and boarding in our home. That means more playtime, walks, potty breaks, cuddles, and one-on-one attention throughout the day! I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in loving hands! 💕🐶 I’m currently a college student and work part-time as a babysitter, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. Being a babysitter has taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of providing dependable care. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, overnight care, or boarding, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow any instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and house rules. I take the time to build trust with every pet and make sure they feel comfortable in my care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away, knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: Ive been around pets my whole life. For as long as I can remember I’ve had dogs in my home. My family is also a rescue family so I’m very confident with many breeds and ages. We also adopt a lot of senior dogs so I’m very confident in senior care. Can’t wait to spoil your pet! I currently work part time at Plato’s Closet State College where I am a seasonal supervisor. I either work 9-5 or 1-9 but my schedule depends week to week. Reach out and we’ll figure that schedule out! Safety is very important to me. I always will monitor animals when they are outside and make sure to use proper harnesses for walks. I do not offer pets to stay in my home. When I’m home from the summer we have a very full house of animals already!

About: Before coming to college, I dog-sat for many of my neighbors! They would go out of town for a few days to a few weeks and I would do drop-in visits in their home and take the dogs for walks. Dogs have ranged from 1 year to 14 years old, and all have been different breeds. I am a student at Penn State, so my schedule varies day to day. I am normally free earlier in the mornings, I have a little break around lunch time, and I have free evenings! Message me for more specifics! I have done drop-in visits to take care of pets before. You set the rules! In the past, I have used garage codes or been given a key and gone in to let the dog out, and spent some time with them so they are not lonely throughout the day!
“Carla was amazing! She came to meet our two dogs prior to watching them for us. We were a bit hesitant to use a service as our usual pet sitter was going to be out of town. Carla was delightful and we trusted her immediately to care for our girls. She sent us great pictures of our dogs while we were away. You can tell she is a true animal lover. Carla is very calm, professional, caring and communicated with us in a timely manner. She even picked up our mail for us, which was appreciated. We recommend her without hesitation. We will definitely have her take care of our beloved pets again.”

About: I provide reliable, attentive care and treat every dog like they're my own. I take the time to learn each dog's routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you're away. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply having company, I adapt my care to what makes them happiest. I also understand the importance of communication and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. My goal is to create a positive experience for both you and your dog by providing dependable, loving care you can trust. I am currently working part time, but will make time for your pets! Weekends are better for me but I am pretty flexible during the weekdays as well. I will most likely won't have pets over due to allergies in the family, but would be more than willing to travel to yours. I typically hangout with pets during the day and give them lots of love while I am there!
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and love spending time with them. (I was unable to have cats growing up due to a minor allergy, which I have thankfully outgrown!) I have 2 dogs: I adopted Lily about 14 years ago. She is an energetic Jack Russell mix, who loves to still get in trouble. More recently, my family and I adopted Penny, a blue heeler puppy. Both Lily and Penny are a huge part of our family, so I know first hand how stressful it is to leave your furry family members in the care of someone else. I will give your fur baby my full attention and make sure that all of their needs are met. I work from home a lot and would be happy to stop by and walk or hang out with your dogs. My schedule, especially during the summer, is pretty flexible. I would love to take your dogs on hikes or to the park. I do a lot of reading for my job, so I am also happy to chill with your cat. I have 2 dogs. Our house has a big back yard. I’d be happy to take your dog out there on leash or lead. In your home, I will follow any and all directions that you have for me.
About: I’ve been dog sitting for years, for many dogs of all breeds and ages. I love spending time with dogs, whether that’s walking, playing, or a little bit of both. I’ve volunteered both fostering dogs and walking dogs at local animal shelters. I’ve also spent time volunteering with horses, cats, goats, and donkeys. I love animals and would be so excited to spend time with your furry friends! I’m currently a graduate student with a flexible schedule and I look forward to meeting you and your pets. I work a job that is partially remote so I am available to work during the day. I only work weekdays so I would love to spend evenings and weekends with your dog. I can not care for pets in my apartment due to lease rules. I look forward to learning about how you care for your dog and are most comfortable with me helping you. I love running and hiking and would be happy to take your dogs with me if you’d like.
“I highly recommend Tara as a drop in pet care person. I have three dogs, she follows my instructions, and sends me many pictures. She is punctual. I am pleased to have cross paths with Tara.”

About: My family has had dogs and cats my entire life so I am experienced in taking care of both, I often watch the pets of friends and family. I am a grad student so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to check on cats in the morning and at night, helping with routine related activities (e.g. feeding, changing water, etc) I have a safe and secure home with minimal clutter, since I myself have a cat I make sure to keep dangerous things out of his reach and am conscious of reducing risk in all situations. For example, my cat does not have access to bags (to reduce risk of suffocation), or medicines, or sharp objects.
“Esmee did an incredible job taking care of my cat Teto over the winter period. They were always on time and did everything I had asked of them, and more! They were incredibly attentive and would play with him each day. I'd highly recommend Esmee to anybody who's looking for a reliable and sweet pet sitter. They also sent me sweet photos of him every day!”

About: I've had 2 dogs, and I had a wonderful list of clients in Vermont. They were friends or became friends. Your dog is my love. I am retired. My daily schedule is fairly flexible right now except for a morning class at the Y. This is my only part-time job. I follow all of your expectations, and I will spend a lot of time cuddling and playing. I also talk a lot to your pets!
About: I’ve taken care of my dogs since I was 11! I’d take them for walks, give them baths, brush them and feed them! Since I’m an only child, animals have been the closest thing I’ve had to siblings lol. My mom and I have five animals, four cats and a dog, and I love them to pieces! As a result, I can proudly say I have a good amount of experience working with animals of many different shapes and sizes. I’m currently a part-time college student but all my classes are online. This means I can go anywhere at any time. I’d love to spend time with your animals as I do my homework. :) At home I usually like to make sure I’m always in the same room as our dog! I try my best to keep any dangerous food/ objects out of reach.

Dave is absolutely the best. He provides great updates and pictures of your pet during his drop in visits. I should also point out that he clearly pays attention to your pet which is evident by the pictures he sends to you. And it should also be noted that he responds to your requests for a drop in very quickly.
First time using this using this app. I had some last minute things come up on a holiday weekend and was very fortunate to come across Katherine. She is so responsive and flexible, she come over to get squinted with my animal the same night I placed my request and checkin during her visits and outside of here visit to make sure my animal we safe and cared for in case of any emergency. It really show how much delight she get out of this type of work and I trust her in my home and with my animals. I was very hesitant to use this type of service with someone I didn’t know and was in a dire position with no available friend to ask. Now this app/Katherine may just might be my go to for any (ideally planned in advanced 😅) time I’ll be out of town. And become of Katherine I was able be relaxed an ld worry free about my four-legged loved one at home and show up to support the people I love in a very pivotal and spiritual moment in their life and gain an experience and memories I will never forget.

We have booked Rochelle for drop-in visits for our two dogs many times and she always does fantastic!! She goes above and beyond and our dogs love her! She treats them great, and we love getting updates from her about how the dogs are doing. We will definitely continue to book with her!

Laura is the absolute best! I have a rescue dog who is very skeptical of new people, and after using Laura a second time, he has really warmed up to her and trusts her which is a HUGE accomplishment. He normally does not take a treat or play fetch with new people, and he did with her! In addition to her ability to understand my dogs needs and his behavior, I appreciate that she communicates and gives updates after each check-in. It makes me feel so comfortable when traveling and not stressed. Thanks again, Laura!

This was our first Rover experience, and Madison exceeded all expectations. We have two small dogs, one of whom is very reactive and fearful of strangers, so we were nervous going in. Madison scheduled a meet-and-greet, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and unfazed by all the barking. She took the time to understand each dog’s individual needs and helped them feel comfortable at their own pace. On our first day out of town, she sent tons of pictures and videos, which gave us such peace of mind. Our dogs were comfortable and did better than we ever expected. We will absolutely rebook with Madison and highly recommend her. She is kind, patient, and genuinely cares.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
