About: Hello! I am a junior at Penn State majoring in Material Science and Engineering! For dog parents, I started my pet parent journey with dogs 😊. While I personally don’t have a dog, I’ve taken many of my friends’ dogs out for walks/runs and I’m very comfortable with all personalities. I live an active lifestyle so for those with high energy dogs, I’d love to offer my services. For cat parents, my family and I have been taking care of cats for the better part of 4 years now. We’ve been through almost all emergencies, hurdles, and hoops so you can trust you’re putting your cats in good hands 😊. I’m currently a full time student at PSU university park but right now over the summer many of my classes are online so my calendar is incredibly flexible for pet care routines. As a Penn State student, I’m responsible and dependable. I always follow the owner’s care instructions, make sure pets have water, exercise, and attention, and keep them safe during walks and visits. I’ll also send updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of my dogs since I was 11! I’d take them for walks, give them baths, brush them and feed them! Since I’m an only child, animals have been the closest thing I’ve had to siblings lol. My mom and I have five animals, four cats and a dog, and I love them to pieces! As a result, I can proudly say I have a good amount of experience working with animals of many different shapes and sizes. I’m currently a part-time college student but all my classes are online. This means I can go anywhere at any time. I’d love to spend time with your animals as I do my homework. :) At home I usually like to make sure I’m always in the same room as our dog! “As others here are saying, Ruth was *really* great--my somewhat shy, standoffish cat quickly and visibly warmed to her (she had a very gentle, low-key way of introducing herself to him). It was a relief to have her checking in on him. As to logistics: she was extremely quick and precise in answering messages, and very patient and flexible with the multiple times I had to tweak my booking request (because of unforeseen travel changes on my end). The kitchen was cleaner than when I left, and Ruth also went out of the way to bring trash and recycling containers off the street, something I hadn't asked her to do but appreciate. As to keeping this skeptical little cat company: she was very perceptive; I would genuinely trust her if there were an emergency of basically any kind. She put him at ease and got him to eat (something he sometimes is reluctant to do when stressed); she must have been a very reassuring presence. I also appreciate her detailed messages and several photos in which he's rolling on his back looking fairly pleased by things. When I got back this morning he seemed in much better spirits than he normally does after I have to travel. Thank you Ruth!”

Once again Samantha was great and I was thankful I was able to book her somewhat last minute! She made sure my cat got all of her medicine, which is not always an easy task, and went above and beyond by bringing in mail/ packages and watering some of my plants (which I did not ask her to do).
Miri was AMAZING with my two kitty girls! She went above and beyond - took great care of them. She was very communicative & took so many photos (in which the girls looked SO relaxed - my senior cat even came out for visits which is very unusual, sitters rarely see her)! My only complaint is that I wish I had booked her sooner during my time at PSU - she is a fantastic sitter who has her own cats & really has such a good vibe! Thank you Miri!!!! 🫶🏻🐾

Couldn’t recommend Bailee highly enough! She took great care of my cat whilst I was away and kept in touch the whole time, had absolutely zero issues at all. She went above and beyond with a couple extra things I needed help with as well which was nice She made sure she was fed, had fresh water, played with her, spent time with her, and kept everything clean each day. It was clear she genuinely cared and treated her really well. If you’re looking for someone reliable and thoughtful to look after your cat (or any pet) I’d definitely recommend Bailee.
