I’m a lifelong animal lover and the proud owner of two wonderful pets. Hadassah, my affectionate miniature dachshund, and Ramal, my playful and entertaining cat. They bring so much joy to my life and have taught me the importance of finding a dependable, caring person to look after your pets when you can’t be there yourself. From a young age, I was known among family and friends for my natural compassion toward animals. As I grew older, I became the trusted caretaker for their pets during vacations and extended trips. My longest assignment was caring for a cat for three months while a family volunteered overseas in Africa. My most unique experience involved providing care for 13 special-needs cats for an entire week. I also have experience with senior dogs and cats, as well as pets of all ages and temperaments. When caring for others’ animals, I provide the same level of attention, comfort, and affection that I give to my own. I’m reliable, organized, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs and routines. In addition to pet-sitting, I’m active and enjoy daily walks making weekend dog-walking an ideal fit as well.

I treat every pet like family and make it a point to keep their routines just the way you would. I love taking dogs for walks, usually three a day with my own pup, and making sure they get plenty of fresh air and attention. For cats, I’m thorough with litter box cleaning and always make sure food and water bowls stay full and fresh. I’m comfortable giving oral medication when needed, and while I’m not experienced with injections, I’m open to learning if shown the proper way.

Tandi is the most amazing cat sitter, but most importantly, the most amazing person. She took care of our kittens in the most spectacular way, lovingly and responsibly. They welcomed us back happy, relaxed and even better behaved! We can’t recommend her enough.
Tandi was really great about keeping us updated about our pets, and provided lots of photos. I'm surprised our cat Hazel didn't want to go home with her.
Tandi did such a great job and Joker warmed right up to her. He normally doesn’t like new people but Tandi won him over almost immediately. Will book again!
I would highly recommend Tandi. She watched our three cats and was professional, responsive, and so kind to our pets. She went above and beyond to make sure things were ok while we were away. I so appreciate her thoughtfulness and communications.

Tandi is amazing!! Very professional, attentive, and quick to respond. She ensured my kitties were safe and sound while my husband and I were away. Tandi was quick to respond in an emergency concerning one of my kitties and was able to quickly take him to the vet and get help. I highly recommend booking with Tandi if you need to leave your fur babies for a bit. She will treat them as her own and provide lots of updates on how they are doing. Thank you Tandi!!

Schedule
I’m a full-time elementary teacher, which means my weekends are completely open for pet care and perfect if you’re planning a quick getaway and need someone loving and reliable to care for your fur-babies. I’m also available on long holiday weekends like Labor Day and Memorial Day. During the week, I’m focused on teaching and tutoring children who are learning to read, so weekends are when I can fully devote my time and attention to caring for pets.

- Please let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs. I have experience caring for both senior pets and those who need oral medication, and I’m always gentle and patient with their routines. If your pet requires an injection, I’m happy to learn exactly how you administer it so I can make sure it’s done safely and comfortably for them. My goal is always to keep your pet feeling calm, cared for, and in good hands.
