She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She kept in touch throughout my trip, sending updates and adorable pictures of Mavis. It was so reassuring to see Mavis happy and well taken care of while I was away. About: I’m a huge animal lover, and have grown up with pets my whole life, I’ve had 2 dogs since I was 7, but I’ve also had birds, fish, bunnies, and a tortoise. While I haven’t worked professionally as a sitter, I have years of hands-on experience with pets. Taking care of my own, as well as pet sitting for friends. I’ve taken care of senior dogs as well as puppies, and have volunteered at animal shelters. I’m a recent Penn State grad with a very flexible schedule. I’m at home most days, since I’m studying for some finance exams, so pets in my care are never left alone for long and always have plenty of attention and company I live in a cozy apartment with a private terrace (picture in profile), perfect for some fresh air and sun. I keep a calm, clean home and treat every pet like my own. I provide regular updates and photos so pet parents always know how their fur baby is doing. I live with 2 other roommates who are also animal lovers, one of them also being a verified Rover sitter, so there’s plenty of love and attention for the pets to go around
About: I grew up taking care of pets for neighbors and family, and have had many of my own. At home now, I have our dog Kona and a bearded dragon named Norbert, plus two kids. I'm comfortable with caring for all dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'd love to send you photos and updates if you would like so you know how things are going while you are away. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I'm home most of the day, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I absolutely love taking walks so we will be doing plenty of those. If your pet needs a specific feeding or potty schedule, just let me know and I'll stick to it. Our yard isn't fenced, so your dog will go out on leash for walks and potty breaks several times a day. My Dog is super friendly and always up for a new friend. If your pup prefers quiet time or needs a crate to decompress, I can absolutely make that happen as well. I will go over your dogs preferences when I get a chance to talk with you. I'm more than happy to make accommodations to fit your pets needs.
