6. Crystal S.

“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She kept in touch throughout my trip, sending updates and adorable pictures of Mavis. It was so reassuring to see Mavis happy and well taken care of while I was away. In short, Crystal is fantastic at what she does. She's caring, professional, and loves animals. I'll definitely be calling on her again next time I need a cat sitter.”

7. Ryan K.
“I think I found our go-to dog sitter! My lab Winnie was in great hands with Ryan while I was traveling for work. I received frequent photo updates and could tell my pup really made herself at home. I love how Ryan has kids, lives near a park and works from home - a great combo for peace of mind. Ryan is the first person I'll 'call' next time I need dog care. :)”

8. Katie F.

“We could not have asked for a better sitter for Trace. Katie gave us frequent updates and sent us the most adorable pictures throughout the weekend! She and her husband took him on walks and car rides, and she has a terrific fenced in yard for Trace and her spunky dog to run around together. They got along swimmingly, and Trace had a great time with his new playmate! You can tell that Katie knows how to handle dogs- my pup was on his best behavior for her. I’m truly impressed!”

9. Lydia N.
“Lydia is our go-to dog sitter. We have a rescue dog (Chandler) who takes awhile to bond with caregivers. Lydia is one of his trusted humans- which says a lot about Lydia. We appreciate Lydia’s communication- pictures and texts. It is fun to see what she and Chandler get up to- dog parks, hikes, farmer’s market. The dog gets a vacation too when he’s with Lydia!”

10. Corina G.

“Corina was wonderful and treated our dog as one of her own. As an owner of an Aussie, Corina understood the special needs (i.e., lots of activity) required by our Aussie, and provided her with lots of exercise. We give her a high rating and will definitely ask her to watch our Cinnamon again!”

11. Kaley H.

“Kaley is known as the animal lover of the family. She is getting a double major in Chemistry and Biology to be able to work with Penguins when she graduates. She has worked with many types of animals in her career including a variety of fish, seas horses and sting rays at the OKC Zoo, dogs and cats when she worked at a Vet office, and Penguins at the Chattanooga aquarium. Growing up on a farm, we always had cats and dogs Kaley was able to play with. She loves every animal she comes into contact with and has devoted her life to loving animals. Your pets would be in good hands if you choose Kaley to watch them. If this is your first time using Rover, Kaley will be able to help you through the process because she has great communication skills and many experiences using this app.”

20. Tess & Curt M.
About: Both my husband and I have had dogs since the day we were born, all of which were rescues. We are experienced giving a variety of medications and dealing with a variety of dog personalities (hyper active, anxious, etc.). We have raised and trained two pups since they were puppies. Our current pup, Finn, loves other dogs! We both work from home and take time at least twice a day to walk our dog, go on a run, or play in the yard. We have a 0.5 acre fenced in yard but also an electric fence that spans circles our 1.5 acre lot. Our dog Finn loves sitting on the chairs by the window and watching the birds and squirrels. We are also walking distance from a park and a nature reserve, which allows off leash walking if that is of interest to you. Feel free to ask any questions!
