Larisa went above and beyond! I booked with her pretty last minute, and she was incredibly flexible and accommodating. She kept me updated throughout the entire stay and even took my dogs to the dog park, which was such a thoughtful extra and not something I had asked or expected her to do. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in great hands. I will absolutely be booking with Larisa again!
Dawn is a fantastic pet sitter. I have 2 cats that are pretty spoiled and she took the time to spoil them while I was traveling. She kept me updated each time she visited and spent a half hour here at each visit. Rover app easy to use. Dawn also added visit photos each time so I could see them. She worked hard to get one shy kitty to come around and see that she was a friend. Would totally recommend Rover and Dawn
Ashley was great! She was very friendly, reliable, and sent updates while I was out of town. She made best efforts to check on my cat who is scared of strangers and additionally went above and beyond to check on things around the house while I was gone. I definitely plan to use Ashley in the future.

I highly recommend Lisa, she took exceptional care of my cat Poco while I was away and treated him like family, not just another pet sitting job. From the beginning, communication was excellent — I received regular updates, and photos that gave me tremendous peace of mind during my trip. My cat can be shy and particular about routines, and normally hides for about hour after I return home. this time he was calm and relaxed when I returned home. He was sitting waiting for me in the living room. The litter box, food area, and water bowls were spotless, and it was obvious he had received genuine attention and affection, not just quick drop-in visits. I am not sure if he came out during the visits but I can tell by his reaction when I got home he was comfortable. What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism. She noticed small details about his behavior, kept everything consistent, and clearly understand cats very well. It is rare to find someone who is both dependable and truly compassionate with animals. I would absolutely trust Lisa again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive cat sitter.
This is our second time booking with Karen and I won’t ever be using anyone else as long as she’s available to watch our Maple. Super responsive, super trustworthy, and our dog who is super skiddish around anyone besides my boyfriend and I, absolutely loves her. I almost think she’s disappointed to see us when we come back from trips instead of Karen because of how much fun she has with her. Can’t wait to book her again for our Hawaii trip this summer!!!
Jamie did an awesome job as always! She's taken care of Yoyo before and this was our first official Rover booking together to include our other kitty Bumbi. She kept the girl's food and litter areas tidy and gave them treats each visit. Super appreciated her updates, pics and videos!! Gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
