Dog Walking in Spokane

About: I have owned many pets throughout my childhood. To say what kind of experience I have would take more than 125 words because each pet has their own personality and style and I adapt to exactly what your pets need and want. If they want cuddles, they get cuddles. If they want space, they get space. I’m home almost all day so they will get all the attention they ever want(or the space they need). I aim to make them happy! Non smoke home with a big spacious living room to play or rest in. I’ve been dog walking/pet sitting since I was a teen and miss doing that. I love hiking and anything outdoorsy so I’m always up for being outside as well. If you have any questions please reach out! I’m a stay at home mom so I’ll be able to easily take your pup out on walks and quick potty breaks. We don’t have a fenced yard but have a shared yard out in the back as well as a park nearby. I walk them right before I would leave to run any errands and usually don’t take long. I follow the instructions provided so that its not stressful for the pup as well as the pet owner. I send updates on how the pup is doing and what we’re up to. We go out on walks a lot. If it’s okay with the owner than I take the pup out on a shorter hike with my daughter. I make sure to grab water too! At home we see what kind of personality the pup has because some aren’t as active and would rather cuddle while others like to play play play.

About: I have had dogs since I was born and love to go on adventures and walks with them. I have taken care of many dogs and cats here in Spokane. I also have experience with farm animals. The prices listed can be negotiated, I usually like to switch to Venmo. I just graduated from Gonzaga and this summer I’m applying for teaching jobs. In my extra time besides applying I want to be with animals. In my clients home I will make sure the pup feels they are in caring hands with lots of love and care. I will make sure to be tidy and clean as I respect my clients space. If there are feeding and medication schedules I need to follow I will make sure that happens on time and correctly.

About: I adore all breeds and sizes. I've cared for a dog most every year of my life, whether I was a student, working, vacationing, or just existing. Those years have trained me to read them well as far as knowing what they are communicating at any given time. I find it difficult to be without a furry friend. However, I'm retired and thinking of traveling in the future, so thought this Rover program would give me my "dog fix" until I'm ready to start my traveling. I've had babies, adults, and teens when it comes to dogs, and many varieties; Border Collies, German Shepherds, Irish Setters, Poodles, Golden Retrievers, Old English Sheepdogs, Terriers, and have trained and loved them all! I'm retired but do go to a recreational center daily to work out and swim, so I'm available for dog sitting, playing, and walking M-F after 1PM. And weekends after noon. I have a fenced yard partly in sun and partly in shade. I also have a dog door from inside the house out to the yard, so your dog can go outside anytime the urge hits. I'm also within 1 mile of 3 parks and the Finch Arboretum.

About: Hello! I am a college student who has grown up with dogs and been cat/dogsitting for the past 7 years. Being a student, I will provide your pets with lots of love, so they will not be lonely while you are away. I have experience with many different types of pets - both younger and older as well as all sizes. As a sitter, I promise that your pets will be well cared for and well loved while you are away! I'm currently a nursing student, meaning that each day is different. I have lots of time throughout the day to spend with your pets, and can ensure that they will get lots of love when I am not in class! About: I've owned and cared for dogs and other animals my whole life. More recently in the past five years or so, I've dog sat for 10+ friends for extended stays without a hitch, ranging from three very yappy adult chihuahuas to inexperienced puppies of all sizes. I've also been responsible for looking after a whole farm's worth of animals, including chickens, alpaca, goats, donkeys, and more. I think my greatest assets as a sitter are my empathy for the animals while staying calmly in control. I work full-time from home, so my schedule is plenty flexible to give lots of love and several walks or dog park trips a day. Some week nights are available as well as weekends, dependent on other scheduling conflicts. I have a fenced yard with two pups and two cats (who mostly keep to themselves) to keep them company. I also have close access to the centennial trail for walks as well as a few local dog parks. I have crates available for your dog if needed as well.

About: I’ve taken care of pets from when I was little and started feeding the family dog. Recently I raised a service puppy for Canine Companions and learned a lot about training dogs. In addition to raising service puppies, my family also fosters cats and dogs. I have taken care of friends and neighbors animals, and I’m just a huge animal lover! I’m a full time student athlete at Gonzaga University and I’ll be available for services when I’m home! I am used to busy schedules with many variables so I should be able to accommodate many schedules. I have lots of experience with dogs, so I will always make sure they’re comfortable with me. Safety is definitely the most important factor so I’ll be sure to have all the contact info necessary. If they love to play we’ll run around in the back yard or play tug of war! If they’re snuggly I’ll be sure to sit on the floor and pet them.

About: I come from a household full of all kinds of animals, and am experienced in handling all their personalities and quirks. Cats who won't come out from under the bed, the dog that wants to play ball in the middle of the night, the chickens that think 330 am is an appropriate time to call, and all the middle-of-the-night things that livestock get up to, I have been there, done that, and am capable of dealing with whatever comes my way! I have a full-time 8am-5pm day job, and guarantee that I will be present at your house to take care of your little ones from 6pm-7am, and if the distance and commute allows it, will drop by during my lunch hour to let anyone out for a potty break if needed. I care for pets in their own home - I strongly believe that this alleviates a lot of the stress of having someone watch them as they are in their own surroundings, and I do my best to accommodate their routines as much as I am able. Late nights, early mornings, feeding routines, etc, are as close as I can get them to their normal schedules. I will treat your beloveds as my own!
