About: Hello! My name is Ashley and I have been around animals, large and small, my whole life. I have three of my own small dogs that are my whole heart. I know what it feels like to have to trust another person that you’ve never met with your pets. I’ve used Rover for my own pet sitting needs and want to provide that same peace of mind to other pet owners. I look forward to chatting with you! I am currently on Summer break. About: I'm very energetic and will have so much fun running around and playing with your dog in my big fenced in yard. I decided to join Rover because I love dogs so much and I also love walking dogs so this is the perfect way to make money doing something I love. I will walk at your dogs pace If they like to walk fast or run I will love to run too. I have watched and dog sat for a number of friends and family before. About: There hasn’t been a time in my life I can remember where I haven’t had a furry friend by my side. I’ve taken care of numerous pets from families and friends who may not have been mine but I loved just as dearly as my own. I have experience with all ages and types of pets, however mellow or rowdy. I believe every animal deserves as much respect, patience, and love it takes for them to feel safe. I’m confident in my ability to accommodate any pet regardless of age or personality. I’m not currently working so I have plenty of time I’d gladly spend with your pets, no matter how early or late, I can be extremely flexible. This is often based on my clients routines which I like to follow as closely as I can. I love spending quality time going for a long walk or playing with any fun toys with pets.
About: We have dogs, snakes, and at rehabilitating a baby squirrel! We have kept many different pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. Any instructions will be religiously followed. I am getting my masters in behavior analysis so I am ALWAYS aware of the dynamics of our animals and animal guests!
About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a baby, I’d say my experience in caring for them started at about 5! We had 6 family dogs when I was a child. I love to go on walks and have a furry friend to enjoy them with! Playing fetch and tug-o-war, and watching a movie together has always been my go to when at home. I have given meds in food before as well as ear drops, and eye drops! I am currently working from home, and have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule. She evaluated Clancy's needs each time to determine walk or not (especially when very hot outside), or play instead and worked on commands and provided meal, treats and water. She always provided feedback on Clancy and activities included. We loved the pictures & video she provided with each visit. We'd definitely use Lauren again. Also note that Clancy is a puppy (7 months old & weighs 48+ lbs) with lots of energy and Lauren handled him expertly.”

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
