About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats as a sitter position since I was in middle school for my family. Scheduled feeding, bathroom breaks, medicine, and walks is nothing new for me! Bathing and basic grooming comes with the territory too, if you’d like. Having family and friends that work in animal care has given me the opportunity to have experience with all ages of pets as well as health knowledge. I’m patient with animals of various behavioral needs as well, and have even cared for fish and exotic pets. I’ve personally owned and care for dogs and cats have been a sitter on Rover since 2022. I work M-F and have weekends off, getting off in the early afternoon, and will absolutely make time for your pet for their needs throughout the day to the best of my abilities! I’m available for sitting at owners’ homes, taking pets for walks, check-ins, etc. as needed, and I have my own reliable transportation to get it all done. With safety in consideration, there are multiple parks near my own home to take dogs (or cats, if they like that!) to; I’m comfortable having pets in my car or we can walk if it’s close! If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
