Lauren is an excellent dog walker. She was always prompt. She evaluated Clancy's needs each time to determine walk or not (especially when very hot outside), or play instead and worked on commands and provided meal, treats and water. She always provided feedback on Clancy and activities included. We loved the pictures & video she provided with each visit. We'd definitely use Lauren again. Also note that Clancy is a puppy (7 months old & weighs 48+ lbs) with lots of energy and Lauren handled him expertly.

About: From winning over grumpy barn cats to training my Goldendoodle from puppyhood, I’ve spent over a decade earning the trust of animals big, small, shy, and sassy. I’ve fostered kittens, cared for senior pets, and know my way around baths, brushing, meds, and muddy paw clean-ups. I don’t just show up—I build relationships, one tail wag or purr at a time. With canine first aid training and a pet-first mindset, I treat every animal like family (the spoiled kind). Whether your pup needs a hike buddy or your cat needs a respectful roommate, I’m here to make them feel safe, seen, and loved. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work part-time remotely, which gives me the flexibility to reliably visit clients' homes and provide consistent care. I prioritize the well-being of my own dog every day and am comfortable managing a structured routine that includes walks, meals, playtime, and any special care needs. Incorporating other pets into that rhythm is something I genuinely enjoy, and I make sure each animal receives attentive, timely, and thoughtful care. When I visit your home, I treat it with the same respect and care I’d want for my own—always following your pet’s routine, keeping things tidy, and making sure your animal feels safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I focus on building trust and creating a positive, low-stress experience for every animal in my care.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats as a sitter position since I was in middle school for my family. Scheduled feeding, bathroom breaks, medicine, and walks is nothing new for me! Bathing and basic grooming comes with the territory too, if you’d like. Having family and friends that work in animal care has given me the opportunity to have experience with all ages of pets as well as health knowledge. I’m patient with animals of various behavioral needs as well, and have even cared for fish and exotic pets. I’ve personally owned and care for dogs and cats have been a sitter on Rover since 2022. I work M-F and have weekends off, getting off in the early afternoon, and will absolutely make time for your pet for their needs throughout the day to the best of my abilities! I’m available for sitting at owners’ homes, taking pets for walks, check-ins, etc. as needed, and I have my own reliable transportation to get it all done. I am very considerate of you and your pet’s comfort. I respect all owners’ property and value their trust, and strive to make you feel comfortable, secure, and respected. I will always leave your home as I found it or better after my time there. With safety in consideration, there are multiple parks near my own home to take dogs (or cats, if they like that!) to; I’m comfortable having pets in my car or we can walk if it’s close! I am incredibly flexible to all your needs, so we will stay home if you wish as well. I want the most stress-free and fun experience for pets and owners alike.

About: Animals have been part of my family my entire life and animal care is a lifelong passion of mine. I currently have 3 sweet kitties and a pair of playful rats, and I have previously had dogs, both big and small. I am comfortable with pets of all ages and potential special needs, and open to discussing care for “exotic” animals like rabbits, rodents, etc. While I am open to overnight house sitting, I generally prefer that I have previously worked with you and that you, your pet, and I are all comfortable with each other beforehand! I look forward to meeting you and your sweet fur baby! 🤍 In the spirit of transparency, I am dealing with a few personal health concerns and recently had to step away from working. However, this is a good thing for you and I both! I am available most days of the week and can be extremely flexible when it comes to you and your pet’s needs. :) I am currently unable to care for pets in my home, although this is something I am potentially open to in the future. All of my animals are up-to-date on their vaccinations and are inside only.

About: I've had pets basically my whole life. As a kid, this included cats, dogs, beta fish, hermit crabs, and rats. One of the first things I did when I graduated college and moved out of the dorms was to adopt a cat of my own. She was an adorable, 13-year-old, black cat with only 4 teeth and the loudest purr! I have been helping care for other's pets since high school when I would help watch my neighbor's animals. Since then, I have helped watch the pets of friends, family members, coworkers, and strangers through Trusted House Sitters. Those pets have included cats, dogs, and a bearded dragon. My most adventurous experience was watching the animals on a ranch. There were cows that free-roamed the fields, a garden that I helped keep alive during a heat wave, a barn cat, an energetic young puppy that bounded through the fields all day long, and an older dog that recently had his leg amputated and was adjusted to the three-legged life. It was a new experience for me, but I rose to the challenge and we had a great time! With them and any pet care, I ask owners for any details I need and then treat the pets with the most love and care I can. I know how stressful it can be to trust your loved ones with a stranger, so I do my best to keep them happy and you up-to-date with pictures. I'm currently working on a couple of different online projects that are part-time and primarily can be done at any time. Because of that, it is pretty easy for me currently to schedule walks and house visits as needed and then fit my work in around the pet's needs. For any sits that I would need to stay overnight in your space, I can easily accommodate that as long as I have access to the internet, whether that is yours or just enough reception to use a mobile hotspot on my phone. I, unfortunately, cannot do any boarding at this point due to living in an apartment complex that won't allow it. I cannot do any boarding at this point and thus will not have pets in my space. I have years of experience staying in other people's spaces via Airbnb and experience staying in people's spaces for pet sitting. I make sure to go over expectations whether just for picking up a dog for a walk or for an extended stay.

About: Hello! My name is Ella Curry and I am a nursing student in my senior year that’s missing my pets at home! I would love to meet and help some new furry friends! One of my first experiences outside of caring for my pets was caring for my neighbor's dogs while they were away for over a week. I did this for 4-5 years each summer until I moved to college. My duties for this job included: Feeding both dogs at 8 am and 6 pm every day, checking that their water was full both times I fed them, taking daily walks, and spending at least 30 mins of play time with the dogs after each feeding. I'm an animal lover who has fostered and adopted several rescue animals throughout my life. I pride myself on being patient and gentle with even the most timid or ornery of dogs. I'm currently working part-time as an AAU coach in southern Spokane! I go to Whitworth University and study nursing while also pursuing basketball. Yet we aren’t in season right now so I have extra free time to spend with your pups! If you have any safety concerns, feel free to discuss them with me at any time I will always make sure to have my phone on me so if anyone needs to get in contact with me concerning anything while I am house and/or dog sitting or simply taking your dogs for a walk I a one quick text away!

Mika is very reliable, quick and easy to communicate with, and great at taking care of my two dogs when on walks in her care! My older dog recently had surgery and Mika took great care of her and was very sensitive to her post-op needs. She does more than walk them - she loves on them and works with them to be the best pups they can be. I highly recommend Mika!

About: I have had three dogs in my life. I currently work at a doggy daycare in Kalispell Mt where I clean up after dogs, walk them, make sure each one is getting it's individual need, along with distributing medications and following feeding schedules. I have a full time job at currently, but I have most evenings/nights off. I work overnights on Mondays, 10-6 on Tuesdays, 7-3 on Wednesdays, 9-6 on Thursdays, 6:30-3 on Fridays, and an overnight on Saturdays. We have a dog and two cats here with a fenced in back yard. The two cats we have don't get along so we need to let one out and make sure the other is in. No incidents have happened and I'm very aware of the location of all the animals. I am willing to follow any special instructions for the animals that are required.
