We received an update almost once a day on our week and a half long vacation. Updates on how they were doing and if either of them had issues. When we came to pick up our babies, they didn't immediately recognize us and protected her house like it was their own. “I am grateful for Mika and her sensitivity for caring for my fur-babies (two shy cats). Mika took the time and spent the time with them and gained their trust. She allowed them to become familiar with her and approach her on their terms. She successfully had them both eating while she was there with them within 8 visits! A huge success! I definitely recommend her!”

“Natalee took care of my cats over 8 days. She was conscientious about getting to them after her flight home was delayed and during a storm. It would have been good to learn about the delay without asking, but with airline issues, I don't think she knew sooner. Thanks for all your help, Natalee!”

“Taylor continues to impress with her attention to detail, addressing and taking care of small issues that aren’t specifically defined as her responsibility, but it’s something that should be done. She just does it. She also does a great job taking care of issues unique to my cat due to his past medical issues. It’s great knowing I can rely on her.”

“Anne was amazing! She responded so quickly when I reached out about booking, she took great pictures of my cat, and I could tell that he felt super comfortable with her! My cat loves to escape out the front door but Anne was careful and kept him safe. She even replaced my kitchen trash bag just because!”

She sent lots of photos and updates throughout her stay, which made it easy to relax knowing the cats were happy and in good hands. We felt totally at ease having her in our home and would gladly book her again for future trips. Highly recommend! 😺”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care our cats received! Tanya was amazing—reliable, communicative, and truly went above and beyond. Our cats were calm and happy when we returned, which shows how well they were taken care of. We really appreciate the updates and photos. We’ll definitely be reaching out next time we need a sitter! Highly recommend!”

About: Hi, I'm Mandy. Although I am new to using the Rover App, I am not new to caring for dogs. I grew up on a farm and lived with dogs all my life (lab, rat terriers, blue heeler, multiple mixed breeds). I currently have two playful poodle mixes (Cookie & Nacho) and before them, I had a French Bulldog (Prince) for 14 happy years. I love all kinds of dogs. Due to the setting I offer, small to medium sized dogs will enjoy it here the best. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate special requests for boarding with enough advanced notice. I work from home, and I am home on most weekends. With two small dogs of my own, I will be around for feeding and potty breaks, and of course, play! I also have two kids (ages 6 & 11) that like to help and play. It's a very "PawSitive Vibes" environment around here ☺️. The yard area has plenty of shade, space to relax, run or play and is fully enclosed with a tall wood fence. Dogs that stay will be allowed to roam free inside my home along with the two dogs that I have. If your dog has any special care needs, just let me know how I can accommodate. My home has all hard floors so if an accident happens, I don't get worried about that. 🙌 My 2 dogs are up to date on all typical, vet recommended vaccinations, for everyone's health and safety. This is just a friendly reminder to all of my current and future clients: While I do my best to keep a clean and pest free space, I also count on my clients to help with that effort by keeping vaccinations current for their pets too. These include: vaccines for rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough), and DHPP (which protects against distemper, hepatitis, and parvovirus).
About: Hi! I’m Sabrina, I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. We’ve currently got a 3 year old 50 lb mix breed female dog named Maple who loves to meet dog friends and play. Also have 2 cats in the home who don’t mind dogs as long your dog(s) won’t go after them. I’m home most of the day and your dog(s) would be able to play with Maple, nap on our couches and chill with our family until you get back! I’m home most of the time, so your dog won’t be left alone. My daily routine includes exercising my dog in our backyard daily so your dog can join in fetch or fun sniffing or doggy chase, or whatever they want! We have a large fenced backyard, and a sweet female dog to keep yours company. I’m home most of the day, so your pup won’t be left alone.

“Sarah is THE BEST dog sitter! Kind, considerate, detail oriented, great communicator. She took care of my pup Piper during the day for a few days while I was in town to watch a volleyball tournament, and I couldn't be happier with how it worked out. I really appreciated the status update text messages that Sarah sent from time to time, and it was abundantly clear from the pics she shared that Piper was totally comfortable and really enjoying her time there. Also -- a big shout out to Sarah's pup, Sully, for sharing his home and his mom with Piper for a few days! He was a great host and he & Piper got along very well. I would hire Sarah again in a heartbeat if/when we visit Spokane again!”

“Haley was amazing with my VERY energetic one year old pup. She shared several photos during his stay and from those, and the fact that he was ready for a nap when he came home, I KNOW he had a wonderful time. In fact, he ran immediately to her door on the second day of the visit, ready for more action with her amazing dog, Zeus. Thank you so much, Haley, for taking such good care of our pup!”

“Lauren is an excellent dog walker. She was always prompt. She evaluated Clancy's needs each time to determine walk or not (especially when very hot outside), or play instead and worked on commands and provided meal, treats and water. She always provided feedback on Clancy and activities included. We loved the pictures & video she provided with each visit. We'd definitely use Lauren again. Also note that Clancy is a puppy (7 months old & weighs 48+ lbs) with lots of energy and Lauren handled him expertly.”

“Thank you so much for providing great care for Carly while we were out of town. Carly went on a hike and ride in the car. We appreciate you and can’t wait to bring Carly back again!”

“Patricia was amazing. She met with us before booking, and helped us to acclimate our dogs to her home before their long stay. She was accommodating, friendly, and was always fast to respond! We received an update almost once a day on our week and a half long vacation. Updates on how they were doing and if either of them had issues. When we came to pick up our babies, they didn't immediately recognize us and protected her house like it was their own. They truly enjoyed their stay with Patricia, and I would highly recommend her and will use her again if I ever need a puppy sitter while in Spokane. Thank you again Patricia, you and your family offered an amazing pawcation for our babies. - All their love, Toffee and Moka”

“Will watched both my cat and dog at his house while I was out of town for a couple of days. It seems like both the dogs and the cats got along well! I really appreciated the picture updates and Will’s communication & flexibility. Thank you Will!”
