About: Every dog that visits us here at Green Bluff Pastures absolutely loves it—and it shows! They run straight to the gate with tails wagging, eager for another day of freedom, fun, and friendship. This isn’t a place with crates or cages—it’s a farm where dogs get to be dogs. We’re located on peaceful open land in Colbert, with a large, fully fenced play area where pups can roam, explore, and just enjoy being outside. They chase, sniff, roll in the grass, and bond with both other dogs and their trusted caregiver—me! I’m out there with them, playing, giving belly rubs, and making sure everyone is safe and happy. Every dog gets personal attention here, whether it’s a playful puppy or a gentle senior. I focus on making each one feel comfortable and cared for, just like they’re part of the family. And because safety and cleanliness are top priorities, you can relax knowing your dog is in good hands. Dogs love coming here—and they can’t wait to come back. We’d love for yours to join the pack! Come by and see for yourself—we’d love to meet you and your pup! Daycare Hours: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Grooming Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Puppy socialization open for people to come and bring their dogs at our 1 acre dog park Safety, trust, and a calm environment are at the heart of everything we do at Green Bluff Pastures. Whether dogs are here for daycare, boarding, or grooming, they’re welcomed into a peaceful farm setting with plenty of space to play, explore, and relax. Social & Supervised: We carefully match playgroups or give solo time, depending on your pet’s comfort level and temperament. Enrichment & Exercise: Daily walks, interactive play, and plenty of cuddle time. Updates: Regular photo/video check-ins so you can see how your pet’s doing.
“Brooke was amazing with our dog Coco! Brooke was extremely patient a Coco is a puppy and she came home so tired both days! I would definitely recommend Brooke to care for your fur babies if you ever need her!”

“We were nervous about leaving our dog, because she tends to be anxious around new people, and she was shy about playing with Sabrina's dog during the meet and greet, but everything went fine!”

About: Hi, I'm Mandy! I grew up on a farm and have been surrounded by dogs my entire life, including Labs, Rat Terriers, a Blue Heeler, and several wonderful mixed breeds. Today, I share my home with two playful poodle mixes, Cookie and Nacho. Before them, I was lucky enough to have my beloved French Bulldog, Prince, who was my best friend for 14 wonderful years. I truly enjoy dogs of all breeds and personalities. Because of my home and the environment I provide, small to medium-sized dogs tend to be the happiest and most comfortable here. My goal is to give every pup a safe, calm, and loving home away from home where they're treated like part of the family. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I work from home and am home most weekends, so your pup will receive plenty of attention throughout the day. With two small dogs of my own, our routine already includes regular potty breaks, mealtimes, play sessions, and lots of companionship. I also have two dog-loving kids who enjoy spending time with our furry guests. We strive to create a calm and safe environment where every dog feels like part of the family. 🐾 It's a very "PawSitive Vibes" environment around here ☺️. Please note: My drop-in daycare service is intended for occasional or one-time care needs rather than ongoing weekly daycare. My fully fenced backyard offers plenty of shade, room to explore, space to play, and cozy spots to relax. The six-foot wood privacy fence provides a secure environment for outdoor time. Dogs staying with me are treated like family and have free access to the main living areas of my home alongside my two resident dogs. If your pup has any special routines, medications, dietary needs, or other accommodations, just let me know—I'm happy to work with you whenever possible. My home has hard flooring throughout, so the occasional accident isn't a big deal. My focus is on helping your dog feel comfortable and at home. 🐾
“Easy drop off and pickup! Barley was exhausted after a day of playing with the other dogs! Lance sent some picturs of Barley playing! Would totally have Barley stay with Lance and his dogs again!”

“Sarah is THE BEST dog sitter! Kind, considerate, detail oriented, great communicator. She took care of my pup Piper during the day for a few days while I was in town to watch a volleyball tournament, and I couldn't be happier with how it worked out. I really appreciated the status update text messages that Sarah sent from time to time, and it was abundantly clear from the pics she shared that Piper was totally comfortable and really enjoying her time there. Also -- a big shout out to Sarah's pup, Sully, for sharing his home and his mom with Piper for a few days! He was a great host and he & Piper got along very well. I would hire Sarah again in a heartbeat if/when we visit Spokane again!”

“Irina was AMAZING!! It was our pups first time staying with someone other than family so Lilly a little nervous, but thanks to Irina our pup had a great time. Irina was accommodating and had incredible communication. I can’t recommend her enough!!”

“Hannah is simply the best! She watches our pup every week but in addition to that she watched him so we could go out on a date night. She loves our good boy like her own and it is just wonderful! 🥰”

“Georgia’s home was a fantastic home for my dog to have fun and be safe in! He played well with her dogs and was super easy to communicate with! Will definitely be boarding with her more often!”

“David and Jennifer took great care of my pup that ended up having a lot of separation anxiety when I left her. They kept me in the loop on what was going on with her and kept her safe while I attended a wedding.”

“Augie spent a day last week with Mandie - his second time with her. When I go to pick him up, and put him in my car to head home, he literally laid down on the front lawn looking longingly back at Mandie. He loves spending time with her and playing with other doggies. Mandie is always available and ready for both drop off and pick times. Great experience for my Augie.”

“Lynda is just wonderful. So flexible, responsible and communicative. We have a high energy puppy, and Lynda always cares for her so well. Lynda is our go to for doggy day care for our pup. Would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of a handful of animals and truly, animals are so drawn to me. I love animals, they are so pure to me! I have a schedule just as much as everyone does, I fit babies into my schedule to ensure they are being well taken care of, etc. I have a perch for my cat and make sure she is being taken care of, I give her lots of love and I love other animals just as much as I love my own.

About: I’m two years dogless and I truly miss the companionship and the joy that dogs bring to daily life. Joining Rover is my way of getting back into the "dog world"—offering your pets the same dedicated love, patience, and attention I gave my own for over a decade. What I Offer: • Senior Care Knowledge: Having cared for a dog through his final years, I am very comfortable with senior pups and slow walks. Don’t think I don’t love puppies too! • A "Dogs-First" Home: Since I don't currently have a pet, your dog will be the "only child" and get 100% of my attention. • Lifelong Intuition: I understand that every dog has a unique personality, from high-energy athletes to professional couch potatoes. I work from home full-time, which means your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. My home office is "dog-friendly," and I love having a furry coworker at my feet (or on the sofa!) throughout the day. What a day with me looks like: • Constant Supervision: Because I’m at my desk, I can offer frequent potty breaks and immediate attention whenever your pup needs it. • Structured Breaks: I use my lunch and mid-afternoon breaks for neighborhood walks, games of fetch, or just some quality backyard time. • Active "Face Time": I don't just sit in another room; I enjoy the companionship of dogs while I work. Whether your dog prefers to nap quietly nearby or needs occasional head scratches between my meetings, I’m here for it. • Flexible Needs: If your dog has a specific medication or feeding schedule that requires midday attention, my WFH setup makes that easy to accommodate. My home is a quiet, hazard-free sanctuary designed for stress-free stays. • Safety First: No other pets or children in the home—perfect for anxious or selective dogs. • Open Communication: Expect frequent "pupdates" and photos throughout the day. • Expert Handling: I am comfortable with senior care, medication, and following strict house rules.
“We could tell Sophie was in good hands with Emily, and were very thankful to have her there. Really appreciated the videos and pics. Already have another booking scheduled, and I know Sophie will be so glad to go back!”

“Cheryl was fantastic! We traveled down from Canada and she took care of our little guy on two separate days while we were there. Jojo obviously had a great time and came home exhausted from a day full of fun! Cheryl provided updates throughout his stay and sent photos and videos of him having fun with his friends! Cheryl was extremely accommodating in terms of pick up and drop off times. A real pleasure and would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service. 5 stars all around! Thanks, Cheryl!”

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
