Pet care is already a natural part of our daily routine! We have a golden retriever named Sadie, so feeding, walking, playing, and making sure she feels loved and cared for is just part of our everyday life. My kids love helping too, which adds an extra set of hands (and hearts). Adding another pet into the mix—whether for a day or a week—fits right in with our rhythm. We enjoy the routine, and it brings us joy to care for animals and make them feel safe and at home.

Safety, trust & environment

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I treat them like family—with patience, attention, and lots of love. In my home, pets have a cozy, kid-friendly environment with plenty of space to play, rest, and feel at ease. I keep to their normal routines as much as possible—feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and any special instructions you provide. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I make sure to respect your space and follow your guidelines closely to help your pet feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. Whether it’s keeping things clean, giving medications, or just offering extra snuggles, I’m always focused on making pets feel loved and owners feel at ease.

Information Elizabeth P. would like to know about your pet

Before watching someone’s pet, I like to know as much as possible to make sure I can give them the best care. Things like their daily routine, feeding schedule, favorite toys or activities, and any quirks or dislikes are really helpful. I also like to know how they do with kids, other animals, and new people. Most importantly, I ask about any health concerns, medications, allergies, or emergency contacts—just in case. The more I know, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and at home while you’re away!

A typical day

It really depends on the pet’s personality and routine, but I love making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and entertained while you’re away. For playful pets, that might mean fetch in the yard, fun with toys, or exploring on walks. For more laid-back companions, I’m all about cozy cuddle time, brushing, or just relaxing together. I also like to talk to them (yes, full conversations!) and give lots of attention so they feel loved and never lonely. My goal is always to keep their tail wagging or purrs going while you’re gone!

Pet care experience

Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom of 5 years. I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pet like family—and that’s exactly what I do. Whether it’s a walk around the block, playtime in the yard, or cozy cuddle sessions, I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’d love to meet your furry friend and give them the same care and attention I give my own pup!

Elizabeth and her family are amazing and take such good care of our dog. Our pup has some anxiety, when we have done traditional boarding he comes back stressed and it takes a week for him to eat and poo regularly. When he goes to Elizabeth’s place he comes back happy and has no issues. It has been such a blessing :)

Elizabeth and her family did an excellent job. They treated my pups like family and sent photos daily of how happy the dogs were! I highly recommend her.

Finn has so much fun with Elizabeth and her family. He is well cared for and comes home tired from all the playing!

Tucker was so tired when I picked him up from daycare, so he must have had fun with all the dogs and kids. He was excited to go outside and play with the other dogs. I recommend Elizabeth for doggie daycare!
