“I’m so happy that Carrie came into my world and takes care of my three kitties - Arthur, Odie, and Emily. I’m recovering from surgery and really needed help. They warmed up to her right away and now they watch for her every morning. She left a sweatshirt and they take turns sleeping on it. Carrie is the only pet sitter I’ll use from now on. Patricia”

“Maddie is a wonderful pet sitter and put me at ease right away that my pets would be well cared for! She was very communicative with how each of my pets were morning and night, not to mention the cute photos of each of them as well! I was able to fully enjoy my vacation knowing they were 100% well cared for and given lots of love ❤️ when I arrived home my pets were happy, healthy, and acted as if I hadn’t left on vacation they were so comfortable! I couldn’t recommend her enough, I will absolutely be booking with her again soon! Not to mention she is very flexible with her schedule and always willing to work with you and your pets needs (:”

“Highly recommend Sydnee, who is a friendly and responsible cat sitter! She dropped in on our cat for four days for thirty minutes each day to feed and play with our cat and clear the litter box. She was very responsive in texts and provided photos of her visits. Looking forward to having Sydnee help us out again next time!”

“Bethany took fantastic care of our fur babies. From our initial communication to the meet n greet with the pets, to the check ins and pictures of our pups! She also made sure I knew exactly where she left our house key. We will definitely be booking her again when we need to go out of town!”

About: I have helped with many people's pets who needed walked. Also have done pet sitting with house sitting. I have enjoyed meeting animals and getting to know them. I'm currently working part time and able to make plenty of time to walk and do drop in visits for other people's pets aka fur babies. I like to learn how each fur babies home is and get to know the neighborhood to keep them in an environment that helps keep them calm in their natural home area.
“Jordyn was amazing and dropped in every day while we were gone to take care of 3 of our cats! Great communication and went above and beyond. Will definitely be asking Jordyn to take care of our cats again whenever needed.”

“Karen has done about 6 drop in visits with our two pups. She is responsive, friendly, and very clearly understands our two large dogs. If we need to be away from the house for an extended period of time we know our dogs are in good hands with Karen.”

“Abigail was able to help us with a last minute booking and was fantastic! Great communication and our pup was definitely taken care of. We recommend using Abigail for any of your bookings!!”

“Allison did a wonderful job caring for our indoor/outdoor cat and our two rabbits! She even watered our plants and kept an eye on things around the house. I highly recommend her, as she was genuinely caring and attentive to all our pets needs. Thank you very much! :)”
“As always, Sarah has been a super reliable pet sitter and I know there will be no problems when she's looking after my pup! Thank you for the care you put into your job and giving Ginger the attention she needed when I couldn't!”

“Danielle was amazing!! I received photos every visit while traveling for work, a much needed pick me up on work trips. Danielle watched my husky, Great Dane, and 4 month old mixed breed puppy recently adopted from the Humane society and a little skittish but she took to Danielle quickly. I am glad to have found a good dog sitter for my work trips. Highly recommend!!”

“Ashton and Shelby are responsible, caring and conscientious. They are great at communicating, and showed flexibility when I had a need for an extra visit. Knowing that they were truly caring for my animals helped me have the peace of mind needed to relax and enjoy my trip. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them again. My cats, rabbits, fish and plants were all well-looked after and I really enjoyed all the photos and updates!”

About: Hello! I'm Elizabeth, I'm a dog lover and a cat person too! I have cared for animals my whole life and enjoy meting new dogs as much as meeting new people. I have a ten year old Heeler mix rescue dog as well as three cats. I consider the pets part of the family and treat them with the care and attention they deserve. I'm a runner and hiker so if you need your dog exercised I'm who you are looking for. I also love working with dogs on their commands and tricks. If your dog is a bit older and prefers to take it easy I'm happy to stop and smell the roses (and every tree) with them on slower more mellow walks and play times. I know it's hard to leave your dog in someone else's care and want to make the experience as positive as possible for you and your pet. I am an elementary teacher so my availability is usually weekends and evenings but I also have additional time during holidays. I really love walking the centennial trail and around the neighborhood. I treat your pets like my own. I love to play, exercise, and cuddle with dogs! I think a tired dog is a happy dog so long walks are the best. I am also big on routine for feeding and things like that.
“Kaylee was reliable, timely, and thorough in her care for my two cats. For three weeks she made daily visits. Each time she would coax the cats from their hiding places to play, eat, cuddle, and have treats. Not only did she provide written notes about her visits, she also sent photos and videos. She regularly checked my mail, brought in packages, and even tactfully dealt with a neighbor regarding lawn mowing. I truly appreciate how patient she was with my shy cats and marvel how quickly they became attached and affectionate.”

“They have been great at keeping in touch and sending lots of pictures during the visit. Could not be more impressed and satisfied with the level of service!”

“We booked Julia very last minute and she was such a blessing every step of the way. Julia was very easy to work with and our dog enjoyed his time with Julia. I mixed up my times and Julia was more than willing to assist me in my mix up. Julia sent great photos of our guy each time she stopped in. Highly recommend Julia and we will use her again for sure.”

“Ira was well cared for and happy when I came back from my trip. Delaney was great about communicating how each visit went and how he warmed up to her over the course of the week.”
About: I am a huge animal lover of all kinds. I have worked at petting zoos and regular zoos, volunteered at animals shelters and animal sanctuaries, and own two cats myself. I have watched many of my family and friend’s pets and homes throughout the years. I have experience with all sorts of animals, from starfish to horses to golden doodles. I go to school Monday-Friday, my schedule being Monday: 8:30-4:30 Tuesday: 9:30-10:30 Wednesday: 8:30-9:20, 12:30-4:20 Thursday: 8:30-3:20 Friday:8:30-9:20, 12:30-2:20 After those times or during any gaps I am available to house sit or drop in as needed I am a responsible young adult who has a lot of experience with animals and has cat sit many times in the past in client’s homes. I always send them pictures of their kitties and give them a brief on everything once I’ve finished. I know how stressful it can be to leave pets at home, so I try to make it as comfortable for them as possible!

About: I've owned cats most of my life and taken care of family members’, friends’, and neighbors’ dogs and cats for years. My first kitty living on my own had severe health issues and anxiety, requiring extensive treatment and TLC. I know how difficult it can be being away from our furry family members knowing they need us and want to help ease some of that worry. I have experience administering medications, caring for anxious animals, and feeding special diets. I'm also happy to send plenty of pictures and updates. :) Currently on leave from school and working from home, so I am available all day and evening to check in on pets/spend the night at clients’ homes! Every pet has their own personality and unique needs, and I think owners know their pets best. I am happy to follow whatever instructions you may have.

Spokane cat parents share their Rover experiences
Elyse was a great match for me kitty Billi. Billi was a bit skittish at first, but it's clear Elyse had worked with cats before and was very patient. I got photos of a happy kitty playing and content to be cared for. I came home to a clean house and everything was neat and tidy.

Emily took such great care of my two older kitties. She is a joyful person who loves and has extensive knowledge of all things feline! My cats were happy around her and she provided wonderful pictures and detailed notes each visit, making this cat momma happy, too!

Karen was seriously the perfect sitter. She's very reliable, conscientious, cat-approved. She sent us photos and notes with every visit. I really appreciated knowing our two kitties were in good hands. She handled their feeding peculiarities with ease, kept letter boxes clean, brought in packages/mail, and left it all in tip top shape. Highly recommended!

This is my first time using Rover, and I'm so happy to have found Sarah for our two 16 year-old cats. She was prompt for each visit, communicative, and shared notes and pictures for each visit. I provided detailed notes about our one cat who requires a pill daily and insulin injections twice daily, and she did a great job. We were gone for three days and when we returned both cats seemed very content and calm, which shows that she took great care of them!

Abigail is a truly stellar catsitter. She did everything we asked, including medicating one of the cats daily and walking him on his leash and harness, and was top-notch about communicating with us and sending photos of the kitties during our trip. It’s no wonder even our shy cat warmed up to her after a few days; I think Abigail made both cats feel very comfortable and well cared for. She’s terrific!

Haley is absolutely amazing. Haley took care of my cat Doudou for over two weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better nanny. While I was traveling and away from my baby, she sent me so many photos and videos, which meant everything to me. Seeing Doudou happy, relaxed, and loved gave me so much peace of mind. Haley pays incredible attention to details. She noticed small things like Doudou scratching her ears and helped clean them for me. She always made sure Doudou’s water level was well maintained, so even when Doudou was alone, she had plenty of fresh water. These little things truly show how much Haley cares. She went above and beyond in every way — bringing toys, giving treats, and making sure Doudou got lots of cuddles, pets, and playtime. Doudou clearly felt comfortable and loved, and that means the world to me. I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for the care Haley provided while I was away. Knowing my baby was in such good hands made all the difference. I would trust Haley with Doudou again without hesitation, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, responsible, and genuinely caring. Thank you so much, Haley, for taking such wonderful care of my baby 🤍🐾
