“George fell in love with Sara. She came to meet and great a couple times for us to get to know her and for George to get to know her as well. We got up dates and pictures a couple times a day as to how George was adjusting as he has never been left alone before. To have him in his own environment with all "his" things to keep him company was great! WE left instructions for Sara as to what when and where he ate, his likes and dislikes, his likes and what not! He was such a happy boy when we got home. All thanks to Sara treating him like her own. She stayed at our home to keep him company as well which, probably made George feel much safer. Came home to a clean house, she treated it like it was her own! Very much appreciated! Thank you so much Sara! We couldn't have accomplished our trip without you!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters would be my ability. My special skills would be working with young and old dogs.I’ve have taken care of dogs with special needs. I have worked with many different breeds of dogs. With my current job I am very flexible for walking and pet sitting. So rather that be early or late in the day I am always up for walking or pet sitting I care for my pet in my home by making sure that they watered and feed. I give them love and the best care. I make sure that my clients pets are safe and well cared for. I also try to keep my clients pets in a similar walking routine similar to what they are used to doing with their owners.

“I just moved to South Carolina a month ago and had to be away a couple of days this past weekend. I was quite anxious having to find someone to stay in my home and take care of my sweet, Nala. She is older, is a rescue, is a large dog, and the move was alot for her. I arranged a meet with Jerry and I was at ease right away; more importantly, Nala was at ease right away. I think dogs sense immediately if a person is a good fit or not. The day I had to leave, Jerry showed up on time (a bit early, actually, which I truly appreciated) and Nala was very excited to see him. Jerry sent many pictures and texts about how things were going over the two days, let me know when he had to leave for awhile and communicated when he was back. Nala needs alot of love and Jerry was attentive and very willing to give affection to her. The stay could not have gone better. Jerry was also very respective of my home and took good care of everything while I was gone. I highly recommend Jerry and am grateful I found him on Rover.”

She followed all of our care instructions etc. etc. It is obvious that Lupo was restless while we were gone (because he’s passed out now) but Mehlayne said she tried very hard to make Lupo comfortable. We would certainly consider hiring her in the future.”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends and family have trusted me to house sit, check in, walk, and feed their furry friends. I will love your pet as if it were my own! Daily, I look after my own cat, Luna! She gets fed and watered first thing in the morning and receives a fresh water bowl a couple of times throughout the day! She gets to watch a live feed of birds and squirrels at least 3 times a week to keep her wild side alive! In my client’s home, I will ensure to gather their routine and temperament from the owner.
