“George fell in love with Sara. She came to meet and great a couple times for us to get to know her and for George to get to know her as well. We got up dates and pictures a couple times a day as to how George was adjusting as he has never been left alone before. To have him in his own environment with all "his" things to keep him company was great! WE left instructions for Sara as to what when and where he ate, his likes and dislikes, his likes and what not! He was such a happy boy when we got home. All thanks to Sara treating him like her own. She stayed at our home to keep him company as well which, probably made George feel much safer. Came home to a clean house, she treated it like it was her own! Very much appreciated! Thank you so much Sara! We couldn't have accomplished our trip without you!”

About: I've always had cats and dogs, any size. Making them happy and comfortable is what matters! Senior pets will be in good hands too. My golden retriever was 15 years old and was still living a happy life despite walking challenges! If you want, you'll receive frequent pictures of your furry family member. I'm available for your pet on weekdays after 5 pm untill the next morning, at lunch time and full time on weekends and most holidays. I have a yard with plenty of space to play. Frequent walks on leash. I can easily crate your pet if needed. If house trained, he/she can freely walk in the house.

She is older, is a rescue, is a large dog, and the move was alot for her. I arranged a meet with Jerry and I was at ease right away; more importantly, Nala was at ease right away. I think dogs sense immediately if a person is a good fit or not. The day I had to leave, Jerry showed up on time (a bit early, actually, which I truly appreciated) and Nala was very excited to see him. Jerry sent many pictures and texts about how things were going over the two days, let me know when he had to leave for awhile and communicated when he was back. Nala needs alot of love and Jerry was attentive and very willing to give affection to her. The stay could not have gone better. Jerry was also very respective of my home and took good care of everything while I was gone. I highly recommend Jerry and am grateful I found him on Rover.”

She stayed with Kona for 3 nights - she sent us regular updates on how Kona was doing, she took her for tons of walks and gave Kona plenty of snuggles. Julie is wonderful- excellent, positive communication; and my pets all loved her! My dog is selective and tends toward anxious: she liked Julie right away. My cat who needs meds twice a day is famous for eluding most cat sitters who dare try to medicate her - she took her meds from Julie. And my escape artist cat who had (or course) Houdini'd his way out of the house right before we left for our trip, came back in the house in voluntarily for Julie! We will definitely be seeking Julie's services every time we need a great petsitter.
Rachael is AMAZING!! She took such great care of our dog while we were gone and went above and beyond in terms of making her happy and communication! We booked her for the overnight stays. She sent us messages before, after, and during each visit and many pictures of our baby! She accommodated so many of our asks and is very knowledgeable about caring for all types of dog personalities. I cannot recommend her enough. We are so glad to have found Kevin as our dog sitter. He is an awesome person and amazing with our two big dogs. One of them not being so friendly right off the bat but Kevin handled him perfectly.
