About: I’ve cared for animals all my life. From pet sitting to dog walking to administering medicine, I have the experience to care for your fur baby. I am currently taking a gap year and during this time I’m working on building my skills within animal care. I am busy during weekdays from 7AM-9AM as well as 1:20PM-2:50PM. But my schedule is flexible beyond those times. I can care for your pet in your home if you give me a list/instructions for each day I’m there. I will care and give your pet all the attention it needs and I can even offer potential training services if it lies within my expertise.

About: I had 3 different Lab Retrievers from pups to their senior years in my early teens to late 20s. I have a 2 yr old German Shepherd now. I work from home so he gets plenty of love and attention. As your dog stays with me they will get the same level of care as my 4 legged family members. Update: Due to my fiancé having some allergy issues lately I will only take hypoallergenic dogs that minimally shed. I'm sorry for the amount of dogs I will have to reject. We start everyday with his favorite fetch games to get some energy out. Once he calms down he gets breakfast, a short walk, then a long nap on one of his many beds around the house or a doormat. During each day he gets more fetch, structured play, and training, all followed by short naps. Update: Due to my fiancé having some allergy issues lately I will only take hypoallergenic dogs that minimally shed. I'm sorry for the amount of dogs I will have to reject. I have a small fenced in yard with plenty of fields for play and sidewalks to walk around my house. My dog's days are structured to keep him happy and healthy. I make sure his meals are scheduled so he isn't at risk for bloat (GDV).

About: Since having my first dog for a pet, in 1982 -- and cherishing borrowed time with five more canines each taking their turn as MVPs and forever memorialized in my family's hall of fame, through 2023 -- I have been convinced that dogs possess an unconditional dedication and friendship that almost no person on Earth can match. Dog walking has been a way of life, and an ultimate pastime, by my wife and me taking favorite routes and paths in an array of places. Clipping our dogs' nails, and brushing their teeth, also have been regular duties I embrace for them. Our pet family also includes a gray cockatiel who joined us in 2013, and three 5.5-gallon aquariums: one with three tetras, and two others each with a dwarf gourami, who each come to the front of the tank when we talk aloud to say hello. Another pastime of mine has entailed horseback riding, for the past 20 years, and since 2017, lessons in the saddle on draft horses -- where I do some of my best reflection. Retired from nearly a quarter-century as a writer and editor in the daily newspaper industry -- and having met and interviewed so many special people -- each of whom taught me something about the way of the world -- I have plenty of part-time availability to provide TLC daily. Every dog is more than a pet, but a family member, with his or her own special personality. Like people, no two are alike -- and meeting every dog -- an apple in someone's eye -- is an honor. Following every client's direction to a T is the only formula I follow. Each dog has different needs and timing, and I fully respect that. Having worked part time in security across a city convention center and in maintaining private, HOA community swimming pools, my radar never dims, either, on keeping an eagle eye on all premises.

About: As an occupational therapist my ability to provide client centered care will ensure that you feel ready to leave your pets in my care! I’ve lived with dogs since before I can remember, and have experience with dogs of all sizes. I’m currently working as an occupational therapist with varying hours from 8-6 Monday through Thursday. I am an early riser and stay up later offering lots of time to care for pets, play, and make sure their needs are met We have a fenced in yard at our current home! I enjoy exercising so able to provide long or short walks. Living close to downtown ensures we can go play fetch too!

About: I’ve had a dog my whole life and I absolutely love all animals. I live near a beautiful park where I could take the dog or dogs to play! I also have a nice backyard! About: Hi friends! I’m Katie, let me tell you a little about myself. 😊 I am 26, grew up in GVL, recently just moved back this way after living in Avl, NC. Growing up on a farm, I’ve tended to animals my whole life, when I worked with the cliffs I would spend a lot of time pet sitting for our members. I enjoy reading, snuggling with my cat, hiking, live music! I work as a veterinary assistant at an emergency clinic here in Greenville, I’m available to help with your fur babies anytime in between that! In going to school for vet assisting, I am comfortable in administering medicine, handling anxious animals, and confident in my connection with animals. I look forward to getting to love on your fur babies! I work a rotating every two week schedule. I work 12PM-12AM 3 times a week. My schedule goes Sunday, Thursday, Friday and then Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. If you live close to my work, I can always swing by on my break to tend to whatever needs! I am not able to bring animals back to my house as I live in an apartment with my cat. I am more than happy to come to your home to ensure your animal(s) are happy and have all of their needs met.

About: Very excited at the opportunity to help anyone who needs their pet to be watched! I have dog sitter many different types of dogs for multiple years. Staying with them or having them stay with me. As well as walking them or just stopping in a couple times a day for food and potty. I am available all the time currently until I begin a new job in October, then my availability will become more limited to walks and drop ins. I am currently in between jobs so I can take care of your pet full time until October then my availability will change. I am available for all times of the day currently. About: I grew up on a small farm, so have been taking care of animals essentially since birth. I have had anything from dogs and cats, to horses and chickens. All dogs and cats have been inside animals, with a good many of them being rescued or fostered. I am currently a self employed stay at home ceramic artist. I have two loving and spoiled miniature schnauzers, who are 5 and 6 years old. They spend every waking moment with me, even having their own space while I work. I have two friendly and non reactive miniature schnauzers. Dog safe, fenced in yard with security cameras in every corner. Daily walks around West Village, when the pavement temperature allows. I am home 99% of the time, but dogs are crated when I need to run errands, both for their safety and peace of mind.

About: I’ve always had many pets of all kinds in my world. Currently I’m training a new pup that I adopted from the Local animal shelter for my stepmother. I have my own cleaning business so caring for pets is easy to fit into my schedule. Even tho we don’t have a fence we do have a lot of property to walk around. I believe I can accommodate any needs and special requests. My house is dog friendly in all ways. My dogs do well at the dog park and when I keep my kids 3 dogs.

About: Hi my name is Gavin and I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life! I have always lived with at least 3 at a time. My love and appreciation for Dogs are endless! I’ve had big and small dogs, pit bulls and pugs to German Shepherd. My special skills include handling big, hyper and clingy dogs but of course I love small dogs! Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine because I’m generally free Monday through Wednesday aside from brief errands. This allows me to spend most of the day with pets while house sitting and gives me plenty of flexibility for drop-in visits and walks. I can plan my day around each pet’s normal feeding, potty, exercise, and care schedule so they receive consistent attention and companionship. I care for pets in their own home by following their normal routine and their owner’s instructions as closely as possible. I provide feeding and fresh water, walks and potty breaks, playtime and companionship, and litter-box or basic cleanup. I’m also comfortable giving oral and topical medications, as I give my own cat oral medication every day. I’ll send photos and updates as often as the owner prefers, and I’ll always treat their pet and home with care and respect.
