About: Growing up I had a dog named Toby and Kallie the cat! We’d be responsible for taking Toby on walks, feeding him, administering medication, and of course showing both of them major love and affection. My work schedule is very flexible so I’m able to adjust according to your pup’s needs. I work from home on occasion and would be happy to have some canine company in the house. I live in a pondside home in a safe suburban neighborhood. It’s a wooded area with all kinds of critters, much to explore! I’ll set up a bed with blankets in the sunroom for my doggie guests :)

About: I grew up with six dogs and four cats. I absolutely love animals. I always walked for friends and family around the neighborhood. I love playing with them and spoiling them. About: I had 3 different Lab Retrievers from pups to their senior years in my early teens to late 20s. I have a 2 yr old German Shepherd now. I work from home so he gets plenty of love and attention. As your dog stays with me they will get the same level of care as my 4 legged family members. We start everyday with his favorite fetch games to get some energy out. Once he calms down he gets breakfast, a short walk, then a long nap on one of his many beds around the house or a doormat. During each day he gets more fetch, structured play, and training, all followed by short naps. I have a small fenced in yard with plenty of fields for play and sidewalks to walk around my house. My dog's days are structured to keep him happy and healthy. I make sure his meals are scheduled so he isn't at risk for bloat (GDV).

About: I have always had a love for animals from a very young age. I started pet sitting in my neighborhood when I was 13 and did so until I was 16 when my family moved away. Since college, I have been on and off pet sitting for friends and coworkers. Since 2016 I have been working in the Veterinary field as a Vet Assistant/Vet Tech. I now have more experience and more confidence with animal behavior, in addition to being able to medicate pets. I offer 3 times a day visits for dogs and 2 times a day visits for cats. I think that pet sitting with home visits is a great option for pets because they are left in the comfort of their own home instead of being stressed in a boarding facility. I will strive to keep your pets comfortable and happy! Due to the fact that I work full time, please be patient with response times. We often have surgeries on a daily basis and I’m unable to check my phone. I currently work full time, but am able to do drop-ins before and after work. As of right now, I am completely free on the weekends. I don’t care for pets in my home. I apologize. My work schedule and home environment do not allow for me to keep other animals in my home.
About: Between my wife and I, we've had a variety of animals to care for. From horses, lizards, birds, cats, dogs and even the wildest of them all; children! In addition to that I have experience in caring for special needs and the elderly. So, we know the importance in making your special family members are well loved while you're away. About: Hi! I’m Kate, a dog owner based in Greenville. My own dog, Isla, is an active German Shepherd mix, so I’m very familiar with daily exercise, enrichment, training practice, and the patience that young or energetic dogs sometimes need. As a lifelong animal lover, I am comfortable caring for all types of pets, from dogs and cats to reptiles and rabbits, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’ll treat your pet the way I would want someone to treat mine because I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I am comfortable with energetic dogs, larger breeds, and dogs with special needs. I pay close attention to each animals body language and personality will never force interactions. Whether your pet needs an active walk, playtime, or calm companionship, I’ll follow your instructions carefully and help them feel safe and comfortable. I’m also happy to send plenty of photos and updates while you’re away! I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, and boarding throughout the week. I plan my bookings carefully so each pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and rest while staying as close as possible to their usual routine. I provide a safe, non-smoking home with a fenced yard and one resident dog. For boarding, introductions with my dog or other residents are supervised, and pets can be separated for meals, rest, or personal space as needed. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, and crate instructions. During walks and drop-ins, I double-check doors and gates, use secure leashes or harnesses, respect each pet’s boundaries, and send regular photos and updates.

“Our young boxer has stayed with Rusty several times - Cassius is always excited/wiggling his butt at drop off, tired and happy when he gets home! Rusty is very flexible and accommodating, also very prompt with communication. The peace of mind we have when leaving our boy with him is priceless. Sometimes we forget all about him until Rusty sends a pic of him running around like a nut and having fun. Highly recommend!”
