We got up dates and pictures a couple times a day as to how George was adjusting as he has never been left alone before. To have him in his own environment with all "his" things to keep him company was great! WE left instructions for Sara as to what when and where he ate, his likes and dislikes, his likes and what not! He was such a happy boy when we got home. All thanks to Sara treating him like her own. She stayed at our home to keep him company as well which, probably made George feel much safer. Came home to a clean house, she treated it like it was her own! Very much appreciated! Thank you so much Sara! We couldn't have accomplished our trip without you!”

She stayed with Kona for 3 nights - she sent us regular updates on how Kona was doing, she took her for tons of walks and gave Kona plenty of snuggles. Not only that but she couldn’t have been a more respectful house sitter- she brought her own food, cleaned up after herself and even washed the sheets and towels to ensure we wouldn’t have to do anything when we got home. “I just moved to South Carolina a month ago and had to be away a couple of days this past weekend. I was quite anxious having to find someone to stay in my home and take care of my sweet, Nala. She is older, is a rescue, is a large dog, and the move was alot for her. I arranged a meet with Jerry and I was at ease right away; more importantly, Nala was at ease right away. I think dogs sense immediately if a person is a good fit or not. The day I had to leave, Jerry showed up on time (a bit early, actually, which I truly appreciated) and Nala was very excited to see him. Jerry sent many pictures and texts about how things were going over the two days, let me know when he had to leave for awhile and communicated when he was back. Nala needs alot of love and Jerry was attentive and very willing to give affection to her. The stay could not have gone better. Jerry was also very respective of my home and took good care of everything while I was gone. I highly recommend Jerry and am grateful I found him on Rover.”

Julie is wonderful- excellent, positive communication; and my pets all loved her! My dog is selective and tends toward anxious: she liked Julie right away. My cat who needs meds twice a day is famous for eluding most cat sitters who dare try to medicate her - she took her meds from Julie. And my escape artist cat who had (or course) Houdini'd his way out of the house right before we left for our trip, came back in the house in voluntarily for Julie! We will definitely be seeking Julie's services every time we need a great petsitter.
Marc was so kind and helpful caring for our pets. Navigated some complications at the start very well. Our cat and Dog loved him! He was also so helpful with some small tasks around the house while we were gone. We will definitely be using him again for our pet and house sitting needs!
Rachael is AMAZING!! She took such great care of our dog while we were gone and went above and beyond in terms of making her happy and communication! We booked her for the overnight stays. She sent us messages before, after, and during each visit and many pictures of our baby! She accommodated so many of our asks and is very knowledgeable about caring for all types of dog personalities. I cannot recommend her enough. Riley has been so great! She was available to start a day early and stay longer when weather impacted our travel plans. She’s attentive to our pets and cares for our home. She sends pictures often and is great about communicating. We will keep hiring her as long as she’s still pet sitting!
