About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I truly have a passion for animals, and all pups have my heart! I have 3 dogs of my own, Bear, Leon, and Cowboy! They are super friendly and get along well with other dogs + they love to play. My boyfriend and I both live in the same household with our two dogs and we both work from home! We will be able to spend plenty of time with your fur baby + we have a big fenced in backyard for them to play! Your baby will be safe in my home and will get treated like family. My dogs live like kings and roam freely. About: Between my wife and I, we've had a variety of animals to care for. From horses, lizards, birds, cats, dogs and even the wildest of them all; children! In addition to that I have experience in caring for special needs and the elderly. So, we know the importance in making your special family members are well loved while you're away. Evening drop off/pick ups are much more preferred due to full time jobs and a child in grade school. We have pets of our own so pet care is just a part of daily life! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
