About: I grew up around dogs, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve helped take care of my friends’ dogs, including Pip, whom I’ve watched since he was a puppy, and Martha, a more senior dog. I’ve handled walking, feeding, playtime, and just generally making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I’m very responsible and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I take that responsibility seriously and treat every dog as if they were my own. It means a lot to me to be given the opportunity to care for your furry friend. : ) I can be flexible with my schedule depending on what you and your doggie needs. About: I have taken care of many different animals over the course of my life including but omitted to dogs and cats. I have owned many animals including but not limited too dogs and cats Animals are our best friends and give us love we don’t always get from people. I have experience with giving supplements and medications as well as basic wound care. I want our pets to feel safe secure and comfortable at all times. I currently am ending employment - 9/25/26 to pursue being a stay at home mom and looking to do some something PT and flexible to work around my families needs. I will be very flexible for all your pet care needs for short and extended absences. My animals are fed twice a day with multiple time a day potty breaks. I use wood pellets for cat litter as it’s better on the environment and my cat’s lungs. The yard is picked up multiple times a week for feces. I have a fenced in yard and open area that I have ecollar trained my dog to use for more exercise. Depending on your schedule I would be happy to work around my pets schedule so they get fed bathroom breaks and exercise that you request.
About: I've had pets in the past and love caring for them and playing with them. Grew up with a cat, had a dog and coserved a cat with my wife. Because we may move some time internationally, we haven't wanted to make a long term commitment, be we would love to be grandpetparents where we help out by babysitting while people need to travel pet free for a short time. I work full time but from home several days a week. My son, who loves animals will be around on days I am not at home. We would welcome any pets as part of the family. They can cuddle with us on the couch and play out in the yard or chill on our screened in porch. Unfortunately, we cant care forndigs for more than 5 or 6 days as we arent physically able to care for them.

Kathryn stayed in our home for three nights while caring for our 9-month-old puppy, Steele. Steele is still young and requires a good amount of structure and attention—she can only be crated for up to four hours at a time and eats three meals a day. Kathryn handled all of this seamlessly and kept Steele on her routine without any issues. What we especially appreciated was Kathryn’s care during a slightly more challenging time—Steele was just finishing her heat cycle, and Kathryn managed everything with professionalism and ease. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Steele was in such capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it. Kathryn clearly cares about the animals she looks after and treats them like her own. We would gladly book Kathryn again and highly recommend her to others!
Duncan was a great fit to watch our dog, Bear. He was really thoughtful in his care of Bear and was knowledgeable about breeds of his size (he's a Newfoundland). He kept us informed of how he was doing the whole time we were away. Bear seemed very at ease with him. We will definitely book with Duncan again!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
