About: I have hosted dogs for over 15 years and have experience with many breeds. My dog Harvey was a member of Therapy Dog International. I believe that the key to well-behaved dogs is plenty of exercise so aside from wrestling and chasing, we go for long walks preferably off-leash. Our home is on the Mohawk River so water loving dogs get to swim. I take care of dogs full time. I live on a dead end street so we can take frequent short walks. We also go to the dog park. Every dog has unique qualities that require special attention and care. I watch for fear-based reactions and avoid certain situations or help to overcome anxiety.

Alexis sent updates when she arrived at my house, sent pictures of my dog, and let me know when she left. My dog is a pitbull and Alexis was excited about this - which warmed my heart lol. About: I've taken care of dogs & cats my whole life. 30 + years. I currently have a 8 yr old Scottish terrier who gets lots of walks, love, attention & exercise daily. Family & Friends always rely on me to take care of their fur babies! I am on the LOWER SIDE OF COST, simply because I enjoy caring for dogs & cats. I don't think it should be that EXPENSIVE! I have been in the same boat before with my fur baby with needing care from a stranger. Your dog or cat will be well taken care of and loved in my hands ! I have repeat clients that can attest to my high level of care for their pets on here and another networking pet care source. I have lots of flexibility for the Summer and times. It is has me unavailable you can always send a request and I can work to make an adjustment! About: I've been surrounded by animals since as far back as I can remember. I grew up with great danes, snakes, birds, and rats, among others. Caring for animals is one of my greatest passions, and I love finding opportunities that allow me to do so! I do work full time, my shifts usually range from 8-5 to 10-7. Depending on the distance I can drop in on my lunch break, otherwise I can do drop ins after I get out. On the days I am off I am free any time. I can do overnights depending on the location. This was our first time using an in home pet sitter! We (and our dogs) knew Jenna from our veterinary practice and while our latest rescue has special needs (super high fear-anxiety), we were hesitant to take a vacation.
