Libby was SO sweet, accommodating and patient with me, and immediately seemed to have a connection with my fur babies. She was prompt and courteous, and kept in touch during the stay including pictures. I’ll absolutely be calling Libby again!”

About: Hello! I'm Selena, a student at Skidmore college, doing research over the summer. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! Caring for pets is very important to me, so much so that when I do not have an animal to care for (i.e. when I'm alone at school), I become very sad. Growing up, taking care of animals every day was very important to me. I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

I have spent as much of my life as I can remember caring for and being around all types of animals. Honestly being around animals just makes me the happiest I could be. I have 5 rescue animals of my own! 2 dogs, 2 Cats, and a bird! All of which I rescued not from a shelter but by very happy coincidences! I work part time at a boarding facility so I’m with animals not just at home but at work as well!! I work remote for my full time job half the week so my availability is pretty open. As I work at a boarding facility I have a wealth of experience when it comes to a wide verity of pets. I understand the importances of feeding times, administration of medication, and routines in general. Your pets health and safety is my top priority. I know when I am away from my animals I love getting updates so I believe communication is key. I love sending photos and updates so when you’re not there you can still feel with them! I am dedicated to providing the service that I would want for my pet family. Your pets happiness is my top priority! I am very excited to meet your pets! I work remote half of the week so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals on the other days I can be there before and after my shift. I will treat your dog and your home as if it were my own. I follow the established routine provided by the owner to ensure a stress free and fun time

About: I am currently attending Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine to become a veterinarian! I have experience in pet sitting as well as hospital settings including boarding and being a veterinary assistant. I have provided care for a variety of animals from dogs and cats to goats and chickens! I have experience with all kinds of breeds and different personality types like skittish or reactive pets. “Our experience with Jessica was absolutely amazing. We were gone for a week, and she took such incredible care of our two dogs. Taking care of two dogs can be a lot, but Jessica handled everything so well and made the whole process stress-free for us She kept us updated regularly with pictures and messages, and it was clear the dogs were getting tons of love, attention, and care every single day. One of our dogs is usually cautious around new people and was completely adamant about not warming up to anyone at first but by mid week, they had become best buddies. Seeing that level of trust and comfort honestly meant so much to us. When we got home, the dogs were so happy, relaxed, and attached to her routine that it actually took them almost 10 minutes to realize we were back! That alone says everything about how comfortable and cared for they felt during the stay. About: I have hosted dogs for over 15 years and have experience with many breeds. My dog Harvey was a member of Therapy Dog International. I believe that the key to well-behaved dogs is plenty of exercise so aside from wrestling and chasing, we go for long walks preferably off-leash. Our home is on the Mohawk River so water loving dogs get to swim. I take care of dogs full time. I live on a dead end street so we can take frequent short walks. We also go to the dog park. Every dog has unique qualities that require special attention and care. I watch for fear-based reactions and avoid certain situations or help to overcome anxiety.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child. I started small with hamster and fish, eventually teaching myself to care for larger species through rigorous online teachings and experience. I work part time so that I can spend as much time working with and caring for animals as possible. Ideally taking care of at least 3 pets a day would be best case for me. I do not have the ability to care for pets in my home but I do have the knowledge and experience to crate fur babies when needed without causing them distress. I am familiar with getting animals of all domestic sizes into a state of calm for walks or sleep time or even cuddles after a long day of missing their folks.

About: I have two fur babies of my own, so I understand that trusting someone else to care for your pet can be challenging. However, sometimes we don't have a choice. With me, you won't have to worry at all; I will love and spoil your furry friend just like I do with my own. I absolutely adore dogs and wish I could have more! You can rest assured that your pet will be in good hands and will have playmates to feel comfortable with. My female dogs are very loving and playful. Bella is 6 years old and weighs 33 lbs, while Chloe is 4 years old and weighs 68 lbs. I would love to care for your pet and provide them with a warm home filled with love, attention, and furry friends. I work from home several times a week. I am home on the weekends. While your fur baby is in my care, they will receive my full attention. While your pet is in my home, they will be loved and treated as a part of the family. They are welcome to sit or lie on the sofa, and I also have pet beds available if they prefer to use those or they can bring their own.

About: Hi, I am a mature and experienced pet owner. I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses, and loved my own dogs (Rottweiler, Boxers, Jack Russell and Frenchton) while raising my children. I am unfortunately not able to have my own pets due to where I live. I have traveled for work, sporting events and vacations and know the stress of finding care for my pets where they will feel loved and be well taken care of. I want to offer peace of mind to others when they cannot take their furry family members with them when traveling. I am a self-employed photographer so I will be able to treat you pet like my own. I will be there in the morning, evening and throughout the day. I can bring my work supplies to you home to work so the only time I will be away for work is for a shoot. I know my appointments in advance and will be able to share the schedule with you to ensure it meets your needs. I am unable to care for pets in my home. When caring for your pet in your home I will follow the instructions you provide. I enjoy playing and hanging out with cats and dogs but also know not all cats and dogs are the same. Through conversation with you I will learn how best to interact with your pet to ensure there is a great experience for all. As a photographer I unfortunately do not have pictures of myself with my pets as I am always on the other side of the camera.
