About: I’m a beginner on Rover, but I’ve been caring for dogs for about 6 years through friends and family, and it’s something I truly love doing. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs with all kinds of personalities, high-energy pups, shy dogs, older dogs, and everything in between, so I’m very comfortable adapting to each dog’s unique needs. I also have a 10-year-old dog of my own, which has given me a lot of hands-on experience with daily care, routines, and understanding how dogs communicate. He’s a bit odd and thrives when he’s kept to his routine. He loves people but there are a few dogs in my neighborhood who he has decided he'd rather avoid so I’m familiar with sticking to a routine and dealing with each dog's unique quirks! It is important to me that every pet feels safe and comfortable. While I’ve never owned a cat myself, I’ve taken care of a few and really enjoyed the experience. I’m always happy to learn their routines and make sure they feel just as cared for and relaxed while you’re away. I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away by making sure your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. I currently work full time as a Medical Assistant at a Private Family Practice. I’m applying to Physician Assistant School this spring and am working to get experience while I finish my applications. My hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. I don’t have time during my work day to stop in to let pets out or feed them and am best suited to do walks, feedings, and keep company in the early morning or evenings. My weekends are typically open and flexible as I am able to stay at the house all day but prefer to drop by several times throughout the day for whatever care is necessary. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities while staying in your home. I make it a point to follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any specific care instructions, so they feel secure and stress-free in their familiar environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s behavior, boundaries, and personality to ensure they feel safe and respected. I’m very attentive and always keep a close eye on pets, whether we’re relaxing at home or out for a walk. I also make sure doors, gates, and any potential hazards are secure at all times. I respect your home just as much as your pet. I keep things clean, organized, and exactly how you left them. Communication is very important to me, so I’m happy to provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins while you’re away so you always know how your pet is doing. You can trust that your pet will be cared for with patience, kindness, and genuine attention, and that your home will be in good hands.

Sleeping can be arranged as long as the dog has arrangements while I work the next morning! I have fed animals and made sure to follow any dietary needs including medication, I have slept over, given plenty of walks and make sure all pets feel they’re in a safe and trusting environment. I currently work remotely, so can adjust time to help take care of your pets but my typical hours are 8-4:30. I can assist before work hours and after or even on breaks throughout the day. I have not always been remote so understand wanting someone to trust to check in on your pets while you are out of the house. I also have small children so understand finding the balance of having pets and children, sometimes needing that extra help to keep everyone happy. About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life and just the past few years started pet sitting! The families I sit for always know they can rely on me and loving their animals! I’m currently working part time at a salon but it is flexible and can stop by every 2-4 hours! I also am willing to do over nights depending on location might affect price! Any instructions left for me will always be taken care of, if you prefer walks or just being let out in the yard either works!
