About: Hey everyone! 👋 I'm a 25 year old pet lover who's been around animals my whole life. From growing up with dogs, cats, and even the odd pets, I've always been the one taking care of our family pets. I genuinely love spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while their owners are away. About: I’ve been a dog sitter and dog walker since I was 10 years old, taking care of some of my neighbors’ dogs. My love of dogs and experience has only grown throughout my life. I have 2 dogs of my own, and have babysat and walked countless dogs since for family & friends. I work remote so I have a very flexible schedule. I already use my free time to give my own dogs a great life and I’d love to do the same for people without as much free time as I. For drop in visits I can let them outside (permitted you have a fenced in yard). We can play a little indoors and outdoors. I can crate them when I go, if this is something you do. If you already have food somewhere prepared, whether fresh or kibble, I can even feed them so you don’t stress about them missing a meal. They’ll get plenty of pets and love.

About: Hello! I'm Selena, a student at Skidmore college, doing research over the summer. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! Caring for pets is very important to me, so much so that when I do not have an animal to care for (i.e. when I'm alone at school), I become very sad. Growing up, taking care of animals every day was very important to me. I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

About: The greatest compliment I could ever receive is "I want to come back in my next life as one of your dogs". Ever since I can remember, dogs have been the center of my universe and everything that I've done has been for their enjoyment/betterment. Because of my passion for animals, I have years of experience working in dog daycares and veterinary hospitals and am comfortable with handling, basic training, and administering medications. I am a fierce believer in force/fear free handling and training and would never handle your dog(s) in a way that causes fear or pain. I'm also a photographer and would love to take pictures of your pets (and you!) - just ask! We're very outdoorsy - I love to take my dogs on adventures like hiking and paddleboarding. While we're new to the area, we've traveled across the country multiple times and have lived in 4 different states together. Watching my dogs explore the world around them is what makes me happiest. I'm currently able to manage drop-in visits any time! While I would love to provide pet sitting, walking, and other services, I am unable to do so at this time. Safety is incredibly important and the handling skills I've gained from working in daycares and veterinary hospitals are so useful for maintaining a safe environment.

Because of Candace’s experience working at a vet, she was able to handle yoshi and get her out of all her walks which can be difficult.
