She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I have studied dog behaviors, CPR trained, used to train and have spent my life learning dogs. Part of my business is even making pet products like bow ties, bandanas, toys, healthy treats, signs and organic paw wax. I run my boarding and daycare full time. It is what i live every day. I board 7 days a week and run daycare Tues-Fri We have a large dog specific room which daycare is run out of (while boarding your dog can join daycare for no extra cost) this room has a dog door that leads to the large fenced in yard. Once daycare is complete or dog dependent, the door comes open and the pups join our pack (2) snuggling on the couch and begging in the kitchen 😉

If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. I live in Greenfield Center on 8 private acres nestled in the woods with a large fenced in backyard . I am retired and home all day , I mostly garden and work around the house. About: Hello, my name is Alie and my #1 passion is animals! In search of my calling in life, I have found myself working for a pet grooming salon in my hometown, Milton, NY! I spend my days Tuesday-Saturday bathing and grooming neighborhood dogs then go home to love on my own German Shepard/Belgian Malinois mix and Tabby cat! My weekends are filled with time spent with my family (pets are family!) and my pet sitting clients. I have spent my whole life around dogs and cats, helping to fulfill all of their needs, and have been formally pet-sitting for the public since 2021. As I grew, my experience expanded to include transportation to and from the vet and groomer, feeding, oral medication administration, ear drops/ointment, eye drops, walking, and (the best part of course) playing! Working at a grooming salon, I have honed my skills with dog body language so I know when your pups are upset. My experience with cats has also taught me when the kitties aren't happy as well! Meet & Greets are a necessary part of the booking process to ensure everyone's safety over the course of a booking. All bookings that include a dog are required to have a one-time complimentary Meet & Greet prior to booking. Dogs are careful about the humans they trust, espcially with their parents gone, so I'd like to make friends with you present! Other bookings that only include cats are not required to have a Meet & Greet prior to booking but you are more than welcome to request one! Any additional Meet & Greets that are requested beyond the initial complimentary Meet & Greet will be booked at the drop-in rate listed on my profile. At the first visit, slow and quiet are the name of the game, I take my time going about their routine so they can get used to me! After my tasks are done, it's my goal to make them as comfy as possible by offering them their favorite toys and treats at their own pace. By the end of the booking, my aim is to be your pets new best friend and your go-to sitter!

About: I've always had a love for animals and have been taking care of pets for the past 10+ years. Making sure your pets are comfortable in my care is my top priority. I have experience working with several types of pets, from guinea pigs to cats to dogs. I've also volunteered at animal shelters as well. I have a gentle presence with animals but can be firm if needed (rarely). The usual routine when I dog sit is to make sure they are fed, have water, go outside as needed for the bathroom and to play, go on walks, make sure pets feel comfortable with a different person taking care of them. I'll chat with them and keep them company too! I'm happy to keep in touch while you're away with updates & pet photos. I also have experience giving medicine to pets if needed. Please be aware that I work a full time job M-F 8am-5pm. I currently work a flexible schedule and I have more than enough time to dedicate to caring for your pet and making sure their needs are met. I always make sure to follow the necessary steps to ensure that your pet is safe with me, based on the information you provide as the pet parent (re: if they use a leash, if the yard is fenced, when they do/do not wear their collar, etc). I will follow the same routine that you & your pet follow to maintain comfort & safety.
About: Before joing Rover, I cared for my neighbor's dog twice when I was 18 years old for a week. I also looked after my family friend's dog for a week. They both have relied on me to take and look after their dogs. I was responsible for walking, feeding, and playing with their dogs. I also looked after one of my friend's Guinea Pigs for a weekend. I have been doing Rover for 2 years now, I have taken care of all types of dogs and even taken care of a cat! Each time, I make sure to read the instructions that owners leave for me so I can take care of their furry friend as best as I can while they are away. I have accepted a fill time job, Monday-Friday job. I will be working from 9-5:30 each day, I will have the weekends off. I will be communicating this to pet owners who reach out when looking for a pet sitter. I have one friendly dog I care for when my parents are away. I make sure to take him for walks and have playing sessions. I feed my dog at the same time every day and provide him with the medication he needs.
About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. We always make sure to spend equal quality time with each dog. If I am caring for your pets at your home I will spend the night there with them.

“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own.
