About: Jeremy and I have always had animals all our lives from small ones such as rodents to reptiles to birds, cats, dogs and even farm animals! I have also been a dog groomer for 3 years now so I understand everything under the sun with them, from administering home vet care such as shots and pills for older senior pets or the care of special needs pets. Maybe your pets have a certain schedule that most people can't do because they work most of the day and need in home 24/7 care because of their needs. Maybe they need in-home grooming such as hair cuts, bath and brush or nail clippings-nail grinding. We can do it all with love and compassion for the pets and their owners in life. From walking to overnight stays, you can rest assure that they will be safe and loved while they are in our care as if they were our own kids because they are not just a pet in your life, to a lot of people they are an extended part of your family and not everyone understands that and that's where we come in! We always make time for the pet in your life, from dog walking to drop ins to overnight stays in your home for the dog or cat in your life. We take care of your pet the way you want us to, walk us through your home and show us everything you want us to do with them with a list and we will make sure your pet is loved and cared for just the way you do.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have been taking care of pets for the past 10+ years. Making sure your pets are comfortable in my care is my top priority. I have experience working with several types of pets, from guinea pigs to cats to dogs. I've also volunteered at animal shelters as well. I have a gentle presence with animals but can be firm if needed (rarely). The usual routine when I dog sit is to make sure they are fed, have water, go outside as needed for the bathroom and to play, go on walks, make sure pets feel comfortable with a different person taking care of them. I'll chat with them and keep them company too! I'm happy to keep in touch while you're away with updates & pet photos. I also have experience giving medicine to pets if needed. Please be aware that I work a full time job M-F 8am-5pm. I currently work a flexible schedule and I have more than enough time to dedicate to caring for your pet and making sure their needs are met. I always make sure to follow the necessary steps to ensure that your pet is safe with me, based on the information you provide as the pet parent (re: if they use a leash, if the yard is fenced, when they do/do not wear their collar, etc). I will follow the same routine that you & your pet follow to maintain comfort & safety.

About: Hello, my name is Alie and my #1 passion is animals! In search of my calling in life, I have found myself working for a pet grooming salon in my hometown, Milton, NY! I spend my days Tuesday-Saturday bathing and grooming neighborhood dogs then go home to love on my own German Shepard/Belgian Malinois mix and Tabby cat! My weekends are filled with time spent with my family (pets are family!) and my pet sitting clients. I have spent my whole life around dogs and cats, helping to fulfill all of their needs, and have been formally pet-sitting for the public since 2021. Since I was about 12 years old, I have gained experience caring for dogs for friends and family, providing basic care such as feeding and potty breaks. Working at a grooming salon, I have honed my skills with dog body language so I know when your pups are upset. My experience with cats has also taught me when the kitties aren't happy as well! Meet & Greets are a necessary part of the booking process to ensure everyone's safety over the course of a booking. All bookings that include a dog are required to have a one-time complimentary Meet & Greet prior to booking. Dogs are careful about the humans they trust, espcially with their parents gone, so I'd like to make friends with you present! Other bookings that only include cats are not required to have a Meet & Greet prior to booking but you are more than welcome to request one! Any additional Meet & Greets that are requested beyond the initial complimentary Meet & Greet will be booked at the drop-in rate listed on my profile. At the first visit, slow and quiet are the name of the game, I take my time going about their routine so they can get used to me! After my tasks are done, it's my goal to make them as comfy as possible by offering them their favorite toys and treats at their own pace. By the end of the booking, my aim is to be your pets new best friend and your go-to sitter!

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life as my family have always owned dogs along with the occasional neighbor going on vacation. I love to go on good long walks with my dogs and I would love to do the same with other pets! My schedule is different from day to day depending on my classes. I have more free time on the weekends but also have several hour break between classes during the week. My house has a big backyard along with walking trails in forested area near by that is great on hot days. I don’t normally like walking next to roads so my favorite is to find secluded trails.

About: I’m a beginner on Rover, but I’ve been caring for dogs for about 6 years through friends and family, and it’s something I truly love doing. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs with all kinds of personalities, high-energy pups, shy dogs, older dogs, and everything in between, so I’m very comfortable adapting to each dog’s unique needs. I also have a 10-year-old dog of my own, which has given me a lot of hands-on experience with daily care, routines, and understanding how dogs communicate. About: I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was born. I grew up walking, feeding, bathing, and loving my first two dogs—a Chocolate Lab and a giant Weimaraner. Since those two, my pet family expanded to a Yellow Lab, a rescue mutt (Australian Kelpie), a Hound mix, an Australian Shepherd-Pitbull mix, a Great Dane, a Pomeranian, a three-legged rescue dog, three horses, five goats, two pigs, three mini horses, and a cat.
