About: My name is Stuart, I am relocating to the area as I am starting a position at Albany Medical Center (AMC) in October. As I wait to begin my next chapter, nothing would make me more happy than to spend time with animals! I have always had a knack for the outdoors and have always had a soft spot for animals. I am an avid runner and am almost always be found running or hiking. I can guaranteed your dog will get the exercise and care he/she needs under my supervision. I have experience volunteering at the Lake Placid Vet as-well as volunteer experience at the Saranac Lake Animal Shelter. I have house sat /walked several dogs such as Australian shepherds, Labs, Bernie’s and Doodles in the past. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out to me! Until I start my position at Albany Medical Center (10/15/2026), I have no obligations besides providing optimal care for the dogs under my supervision. Specifically, I am free on both weekdays and weekends and I’m flexible to work around schedules. I have a three-story townhouse apartment. There is fenced in dog parks within the complex for easy bathroom visits as well as prolonged paved trails right next to my apartment that go into the woods for longer walks in the evening around lunchtime and in the morning. Dog Gates secure the dog within our second floor, preventing entry to third floor bedrooms and first floor mudroom. Dogs will have eyes on them at all times when not with owner.

About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old! I love having pets in my home and making them a part of my family. My dog loves every dog she has ever met and loves to have a playmate! If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. My home also has several baby gates to make sure that your pet is safe if I have to leave them in the house for a short amount of time.

About: Life-long dog and cat owner who makes sure your best friend gets what they need while you're away. I work from home part-time, and I am looking to walk a few dogs per day during the week, at flexible times, just not after 3 pm. I will not have pets in my home, or be doing any pet sitting. About: Aside from my 3 personal pets, I have raised 4 Seeing Eye dogs and pet sat for over a dozen families. I have experience in dog first aid, potty training, and reactive dogs. Socialization is important and I have the knowledge on how to do so safely for each individual dog. All breeds of dogs are welcome. I work from home and am available 24/7. I love being able to take the dogs on either long walks or a quick potty break. I have a fenced in yard and a crate available for any size dog. I am aware of dog safe foods and carry Benadryl and hydrogen peroxide for emergencies.

About: I’ve had animals since I was a young girl. As a child we had cats. As a young adult I worked for a grooming, daycare, and boarding facility for 16 years. The only reason I stopped working was because of the birth of might twins.I also volunteered for a pet rescue, a pet shelter, and of course owned my own dogs, cats, and hamster. I’m a mom of 7! Some grown , some in college, and my youngest 2 are 9 year old twins. I have plenty of time during the days to walk, spend time, cuddle, and love on your furry family members. My specialty is mid day breaks/walks or check ins while you’re away or have a long day at work. I am aware of the tremendous responsibility it is caring for your pet. I have my own pups and kitties and will give the same love, care, and respect my babies receive.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have been taking care of pets for the past 10+ years. Making sure your pets are comfortable in my care is my top priority. I have experience working with several types of pets, from guinea pigs to cats to dogs. I've also volunteered at animal shelters as well. I have a gentle presence with animals but can be firm if needed (rarely). The usual routine when I dog sit is to make sure they are fed, have water, go outside as needed for the bathroom and to play, go on walks, make sure pets feel comfortable with a different person taking care of them. I'll chat with them and keep them company too! I'm happy to keep in touch while you're away with updates & pet photos. I also have experience giving medicine to pets if needed. Please be aware that I work a full time job M-F 8am-5pm. I currently work a flexible schedule and I have more than enough time to dedicate to caring for your pet and making sure their needs are met. I always make sure to follow the necessary steps to ensure that your pet is safe with me, based on the information you provide as the pet parent (re: if they use a leash, if the yard is fenced, when they do/do not wear their collar, etc). I will follow the same routine that you & your pet follow to maintain comfort & safety.

About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. We always make sure to spend equal quality time with each dog. If I am caring for your pets at your home I will spend the night there with them.
