About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old! I love having pets in my home and making them a part of my family. My dog loves every dog she has ever met and loves to have a playmate! If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. My home also has several baby gates to make sure that your pet is safe if I have to leave them in the house for a short amount of time.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for all kinds of breeds, from tiny Chihuahuas to giant Newfoundlands, and have experience with puppies as young as 3 weeks old as well as senior dogs up to 14 years old. I’m comfortable with dogs of all temperaments, energy levels, and care needs. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, learning basic commands, or prefers a slower pace, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I have experience with basic training and enjoy helping reinforce good habits and routines in a positive way. Every dog has their own personality, so I like to take the time to get to know what makes them feel coming. My goal is to provide dependable care while giving pet parents peace of mind. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I do my best to maintain their normal schedule, whether that means walks, feeding times, play sessions, or drop in visits. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, making pet care something I genuinely look forward to each day. Safety is a top priority for me, especially during walks. I take the time to properly understand each pet’s behavior, triggers, and comfort level before heading out, and I stay attentive to their surroundings at all times to ensure they are secure and well managed. I like to follow key safety precautions like using properly fitted leashes and harnesses, avoiding high-traffic or overstimulating areas when needed, checking gates and doors carefully, and always keeping a secure hold on pets when entering or exiting spaces. I also focus on building trust with each pet by moving at their pace, using calm and consistent body language, and allowing them to become comfortable with me before expecting too much interaction. I pay attention to their signals and respect their boundaries, which helps create a sense of safety and reliability. Over time, this helps pets feel more at ease with me, making walks and in home care smoother and more comfortable for them.

About: I don’t just love animals, I have been around them since the day I was born. I have had cats, dogs, birds, and small rodents since I was born. I have taken care of these animals from a very young age and believe I have a natural understanding of pets and their behaviors! I currently work full time at a middle school in Albany where my hours are 8 AM to 3 PM. Otherwise, I am usually free and have more availability on weekends, during school breaks and over the summer. I currently am a cat mom and keep all of my cats indoors. When I owned dogs and other animals in the past, I make sure to tend to their unique needs whether that mean adhering to a medication regimen or putting them in their cage/crate as needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life primarily for friends and family. I’ve taken care of german shepards, labradors, pit bulls, and many more. I’ve even more recently fostered a kitten for a few months as she waited to be adopted. I will make sure your furry friend is played with, fed, walked, snuggled (if they like that) and most importantly loved! I work as a waitress so my hours vary depending on the week. Usually shifts are 5 hours but can go up to about 10 hours if I am out on a double. I average about 30 hours a week. I can house up to two dogs in my home, however my backyard is only partially fenced in. I will not take dogs from different families/bookings at the same time. I am a very clean and tidy person so you do not need to worry about coming home to a mess. I am respectful of other peoples belongings and will only use what you tell me I am allowed to use.

I moved into the Grandeville apartments about a month ago, so preference to anyone that lives in these apartments or anywhere within a 10-15 minute drive! I’m a transplant from Philly so I’m currently working a few at-home jobs, which makes my availability completely open for your pet-sitting needs. I’ve lived with dogs my entire life and I’ve had experience with dogs from puppies, to elders, small 5 lb breeds to Great Danes, couch potatoes to super active. I’ve also watched dogs who needed special training or who had special needs (like seizures.) I have no breed or size restrictions. I do walks, drop in visits, boarding, and staying within your home. I do not have my own dog at the moment, so all of my pet-loving energy is going towards yours! With dog walking, I prefer times between 9am and 10pm. I have an apartment in a complex that is incredibly pet friendly, with a fenced in dog park and dog washing station. I try my hardest to make sure that pets are comfortable in my home. In your home, I try to make sure that I communicate with you as much as possible, to make sure that you feel safe with me in your home and taking care of your pet!

About: I’m a beginner on Rover, but I’ve been caring for dogs for about 6 years through friends and family, and it’s something I truly love doing. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs with all kinds of personalities, high-energy pups, shy dogs, older dogs, and everything in between, so I’m very comfortable adapting to each dog’s unique needs. About: Hi, I am a mature and experienced pet owner. I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses, and loved my own dogs (Rottweiler, Boxers, Jack Russell and Frenchton) while raising my children. I am unfortunately not able to have my own pets due to where I live. I have traveled for work, sporting events and vacations and know the stress of finding care for my pets where they will feel loved and be well taken care of. I want to offer peace of mind to others when they cannot take their furry family members with them when traveling. I work from home so I will be able to treat you pet like my own. I will be there in the morning, evening, and throughout the day. I can bring my work supplies to you home (reliable wifi is required) to work. I am unable to care for pets in my home. When caring for your pet in your home I will follow the instructions you provide. I enjoy playing and hanging out with cats and dogs but also know not all cats and dogs are the same. Through conversation with you I will learn how best to interact with your pet to ensure there is a great experience for all. The boxers in my picture were mine. They live long spoiled lives, with lots of love and play time. The fawn with the white face was hand-signal trained and if you know boxers, you know that takes patience. They both love people of all ages and were as goofy and as lovable as their boxer reputation.

About: Aside from my 3 personal pets, I have raised 4 Seeing Eye dogs and pet sat for over a dozen families. I have experience in dog first aid, potty training, and reactive dogs. Socialization is important and I have the knowledge on how to do so safely for each individual dog. All breeds of dogs are welcome. I work from home and am available 24/7. I love being able to take the dogs on either long walks or a quick potty break. I have a fenced in yard and a crate available for any size dog. I am aware of dog safe foods and carry Benadryl and hydrogen peroxide for emergencies.
