Jillian is absolutely wonderful! She responded to my request and messages quickly and worked with me on a last minute change with my pick up time. Her dog Mateo and cat Harvest are such sweeties, you can tell how well loved and cared for they are. I was so happy to get updates and pictures over the weekend with all of the fun stuff she was doing with the dogs. I can’t say enough good things and she gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands and having fun.
We had a wonderful experience leaving our pup with Karen. She made us feel completely comfortable and most importantly Lulu was happy! We got frequent updates, Lulu got many walks and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Will def book again with Karen!
Peg was super accommodating. We had to delay our flight 24 hours from snow storm alert and she was so willing to sit for Bruno for additional day. She sent pictures everyday and kept us updated. My dog seemed happy with her dogs. Definitely will use her again in future.
