“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. This was our dog’s first experience boarding & she is naturally a little nervous (her parents were too), but Jillian was wonderful with her. She sent thorough updates every day & even went so far as to hand feed her when she had trouble eating. We are very thankful for the wonderful job she did & are looking forward to Angel’s next visit!
