But, more importantly he was highly flexible about the drop off and pick up times so that we were able to pick our dog up on our way home from the Albany Amtrak from a weekend in NYC. All without the administrative restrictions of other facilities which have set pick up and drop off hours which are never convenient to the pet owner! Just let him know our train arrival time before we left and confirmed when we were on our way upon arrival.”

“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. Thank you, Jillian, for being so sweet & patient with our Angel. Our 8 year old golden retriever spent 4 days & nights with Jillian & was well-loved & looked after. This was our dog’s first experience boarding & she is naturally a little nervous (her parents were too), but Jillian was wonderful with her.
