Dog Walking in Albany

About: For a year, I walked my neighbor's Cavalier King Charles spaniel while she was recovering from a hip injury, until she could walk better. She and her daughter greatly appreciated my help and have said to me that their dog Cooper has been so much happier ever since he met me. I am a college student that goes to school 5 days a week from 7am to 2 pm. I can do early morning walks before 7am since I am a morning person, and I can do walks or come over after class. I am free on most weekends. I am free most of the time in the summer from June to August. I cannot bring pets into my home since I have two cats that are not very pet-friendly. But I can do all the care you need me to do at your house.

About: I have been working in animal and the dog sitting space since 2020. I have managed a range of pets from rats all the way through dogs. I have worked with sick animals before (administering diabetes shots, cleaning wounds and stitches) and am comfortable doing that moving forward. I have worked with many dogs at a time (up to three) many times in my career. I have also worked with nervous and reactive dogs as well. Overall I really have seen it all. I work a standard 9-5. That being said I work from home every other week, so depending on the week I can spend much more time in the home and provide more supervision. I love to be active so making time for walks and outside time will always be a priority. With weekends off I can spend those full days with your precious pet. I ensure that your pet is healthy, happy and comfortable. I let them become used to me and work around them. This is their space a they should feel safe there.

About: While I’ve never had my own dog, I have many dogs in my life who I adore, and who adore me. Dogs always approach me in public because they can sense how much I love them! I’ll love your pup as if it’s my own! I'm a PA student and my schedule is different everyday. If you request something a week in advance, I should be able to arrange something! Whether your pup just needs a buddy to hang out with or needs to be fed/walked, I’m in! I’m respectful of your space and can do whatever you need, as long as detailed instructions are left for me. I will go above and beyond to care for your pet as if it’s my own.

About: I have had numerous years of experience with dogs and have given them the proper attention needed. I have a wide range of experience with taking care of dogs, such as helping train pups and high anxiety dogs. With my current part-time job I have plenty of available time to take care of your beloved dogs. Scheduling should not be a problem and I am willing to help out however needed. I have a spacious yard with a welcoming dog in it, ready to play and keep any other furry friend company! There is a dog park within walking distance just in case your dog is seeking out more friends to play with and a bigger area for them to release all their energy.
