“Jose came to the rescue while we were on vacation after our house sitter had a difficult encounter while walking our very sweet, but dog reactive, Great Dane Charlie. Charlie loved his walks with Jose”

“Elena is wonderful and I’ve already rebooked with her! She came over to let my rambunctious pup out daily while I was out of town, even bringing along her own dog to get some extra energy out, and made sure to send updates and photos. Ahead of time, she asked really great questions about our dog care preferences, which highlighted her experience and made me feel very comfortable with our first time Rover experience. Highly recommend!”

“My family and I would definitely recommend Annabelle's dog walking services. From the start, she was very clear in her communication, asked great questions and was flexible and receptive to side notes I needed to add day of. I couldn't ask for a more professional, kind, and approachable sitter for my babydog. Thank you Annabelle, we'll be booking you again! :)”

About: Friends and family members have trusted me to care for their furry loved ones for as long as I can remember. Our furry friends deserve just as much love and care as we do. I work from home three days out of the week, so I am able to care for pets during the day. I am also incredibly available throughout the weekends and each weeknight. I maintain a consistent daily routine for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime to keep pets feeling secure and comfortable. I keep clients updated with photos and updates on their pets' well-being, so they can feel confident that their furry friend is in good hands. I create a pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for pets to roam, play, and relax. I ensure all areas are pet-proofed and free from hazards. Pets receive lots of attention, playtime, and cuddles. I offer enrichment activities like toys and outdoor walks.

“Ashleigh is great! I have no hesitation leaving my pets in her care. Highly recommend!”

About: I have basic obsidian training knowledge and able to provide trick trainings as well! I trained my dog since he was a puppy and he’s the happiest and sweetest little guy I ever met! I work from home during the week days and I spend a lot time at home. I will be able to take care of your dog 24/7 and have plenty time to play with your baby! We have a fenced yard and a 2yrs old Maltipoo boy to company your fur baby. Our dog loves to play and meet new friends! There’s always someone at home to watch after your fur baby and we have playpen and crate to use if needed.

About: Growing up I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for dogs for over 16 years and had full responsibility of up to 4 dogs at a time for over 10 years. Most of my experience with with dogs under 20lbs but I’m excited for the opportunity to care for bigger dogs. All of the dogs I’ve had in my life were rescued, and I have dealt with an array of behaviors from separation anxiety to traumatic fear of anything and everyone to anxiety that manifests in aggressive or destructive behavior. I know every pup is different and will need a unique approach in care. Training is something I’m experienced in whether it’s a new pup learning the ropes or just a skill you’re working on with your dog. My two favorite skills I’ve taught my dog is to dance on her hind legs, and to ring a door bell when she has to go potty outside. If you are working on any training with your pup and would like me continue your hard work - just let me know! From sit, stay, place when walking in, or a potty queue, I’m happy to work with you both to stay on course for your goals! Senior care is something I’m very experienced and passionate about. My last little guy, Jo, was around 16 years old, blind, deaf, and had multiple medical conditions with the most challenging being Collapsing Trachea. Administering most medications is something I’m very comfortable doing as my little man had between 5 and 8 medicines he took daily. I’m hyper aware of little shakes and bumps that may seem out of the ordinary due to Jo’s many needs. My knowledge and attention to detail in senior dogs will make sure every pup will get the exercise and gentle care they need while keeping them comfortable no matter the adaptions they may need. A few preventative things I pay attention to with each and every pup in my care are: - Stool: abnormal color or texture can be a sign of stomach or organ distress and can be easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. - Urine: pet UTI’s are more common than you may think, and also can be easy to miss in early stages. Frequency and color can sometimes be a warning of UTI’s. After a vet misdiagnosed my childhood dog Gigi as being overweight instead of a UTI, she ended up in the hospital with emergency surgery as her organs were shutting down. Since then, simple daily color and frequency monitoring has helped me make sure all my other pets were healthy and comfortable. - Abnormal behavior: lethargy, difference in appetite, and trouble going to the bathroom are all things I pay attention to with each pup I’m spending time with. Increased aggression or constipation can be early signs of illness. Each visit will have have feedback on these specific items along with general notes to make sure you know exactly how our walk or visit went! These notes can also be helpful in finding patterns of behavioral or medical attention that may be needed on top of peace of mind while you’re away. Working from home with flexible hours helps to make me available at almost any time during the week. Making sure pets have daily exercises, mentally stimulating toys and treats, and snuggles daily are top priority. Caring for fur baby’s in your home will be completely adaptable to your their current routine - do they have a specific routine to be followed? Do they only like going in the backyard? Do they need a minimum walk of 20 minutes? Their routine or need is my command. Shoes off in the house, filtered water only in their bowls, rinse and wash the bowls before refilling, nothing is too much for your pet’s comfort and safety.

About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals, but my household always had a dog with us. At a young age I learned how to walk and care for dogs so I could pull my own weight in the household. My family’s adopted puppies before (and they’re so much fun!) but also used to take in older dogs when people we knew could no longer care for them. I work full time after 3pm every day except for Wednesday and Thursday, so morning visits are extremely doable. If you need me to stop by at night, it will have to be after 11pm. Because I live in a shared apartment, I won’t be boarding any dogs. However, there are several parks near me, one of which is an actual dog park!

About: I am fun loving and very caring. I have taken care of my friends dogs before and enjoyed it. I volunteer for the guiding eyes capital region division - the mission is to help raise dogs become a seeing eye dog for the blind :) i have puppy sat for their dogs before and love doing it! I work full time so usually weekends work best for me for overnight stays. But i am able to drop in visits during the week! I live in an apartment in downtown Albany. I have friends with fenced in yards so i have access to a lot of space for weekend boarding stays.

About: I've been taking care of a wide variety of animals for a long time. I have experience in all around basic boarding care for dogs, cats, and various reptiles and small animals; dog training basic obedience, fear or frustration aggression/reactivity, high drive dogs, and anxiety behaviors. Pet Care is not only an important part of my life, but it's a passion of mine. Caring for your animal like I do my own is what makes life rewarding for me. When your pet is with me it becomes a part of my family and is treated as such. I look forward to training or caring for your animals! I can train your dog in a multitude of ways. I work a lot of animals with anxiety and behavioral issues. I can easily crate your dog, cat or any other animal if needed. I have access to multiple fenced in yards for your pet to run around in and play. I have a fully trained purebred smooth collie who is extremely gentle and can make friends with anything. I have multiple rooms and spaces in order to accommodate your fur baby's needs. I pay attention to detail and carry out all care with the highest level of standards I can.

Logan S.Star Sitter
“I can’t say enough about the knowledge Logan has for dogs and their behavior. We found him at a time when our pack was broken. Over time Logan has taught us and our dogs everything from basic learning to behavior control. Our dogs respect him and love their training nights with him. We have seen a huge improvement in behavior with the dogs. He showed us how our behavior had to change around them. The anxiety was very high had when we first met Logan, but over time and lessons it’s decreased immensely. Our dogs are becoming a pack again thanks to Logan. We recommend him for all training needs as well as daily care for your dogs. Our dogs love him.”

Mikayla C.

“Mikayla was responsive + on time. She took my dog to the park instead of just on the neighborhood streets and even ran around with him <3”
